This place seems to have gone severely downhill in recent years. Both my husband and I have been coming here for our yearly eye exams since approximately 2003 or 2004, so quite a long time. Not only is it now nearly impossible to even get an appointment here due to them constantly being booked out for at least a month or two, but they also somehow managed to lose my husbands records after he had been a patient there for well over a decade. Additionally, I called them because I could not find my contact lens prescription and I wanted to verify it with them so that I could order new contacts online, only to be told that they had absolutely no record of me ever having a contact lens exam within the past year, even though I had one just 8 months ago! Not only that, but they even gave me a trial pair of contacts at that time! They told me that I would need to come in for a new exam in order to get a prescription, even though Im not even due for my yearly exam for another 4 months. Unbelievable. We will not be coming back.

Worst customer service in so many ways!! I had an issue arise with the quality of my eye glasses lenses and they did not satisfy my needs. Instead they blamed the problem on me. Very unprofessional way to deal with an unhappy customer. Im questioning the quality of the plastic lenses even with the protective coating. I am going to buy another pair of glasses in a smaller practice, in hopes to get better customer service. One star goes to Dr. Taylor who was very professional and kind. He helped me find the perfect contact lenses . The other star is for the ease of processing my vision insurance, they made it super easy and there was very little cost on my part.

I cant believe some of these low reviews. Ive never had an issue here. From the ladies at the front desk, to the doctors, they are ALL great. Scheduling issues? Never. Ive always gotten an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. When I called this week to get an appointment for next week, it was a non-issue. I think I was offered two different days with 4 different time slots. I love Dr. Neron. Shes kind, and very knowledgeable when it comes to optometry. Im super bummed that I am moving and will no longer be going back after my next appointment. Smart Eyecare shines above the rest. Pay no attention to these 1 or 2 star reviews!

Been a patient for 20+ years. Aside from my once a year appointment, I usually do not need to go in. However both times I have had emergent issues, they were booked and unable to help me. Rather, they give me a number to an on call doctor. Doesnt make me feel like a valued customer. Perhaps a few slots for emergent cases for your patients might be reasonable?

We have gotten eyewear here on several occasions and just recently became patients as well. Every time we visit we are seen promptly and receive excellent service. The selection of eyewear is great as well. I highly recommend them.
