I just went to Dr. Mitchell looking for information about some pain in my tooth. I am a grad student and dont have coverage. I was looking to understand what my options were and what a time-frame would be considering my financial restrictions. She did a terrible job discussing options. When I spoke to the receptionist, she said Dr. Mitchell would take time to talk through the options and would be compassionate. She took about 5 minutes with my telling me about the options using worst-case scenario language. I was really hoping to have a helpful experience and only came out frustrated.

Fantastic experience. Everyone is friendly and while they were working on my mouth, they would thoroughly explain what they were doing, what to expect and how to communicate if I was uncomfortable. I hadnt visited a dentist in years and was thankful/relieved by such a positive experience. Thank you Dr. Mitchell and the entire staff, were please and excited our entire family will be your clients for life.
