Im extremely tired, what a day, a long day at that! Dental appointment went better that expected. Arbor Hills Dental, I cant thank you enough. The staff is AMAZING!! I have never felt so comfortable, and that is coming from a person who loves the dentist office! I seriously could have fallen asleep during my cleaning, Rochelle was gentle and thorough. Dr. Toy went over priorities, and explained why and what needs to be done. Brooke Hinsley-Hazen, THANK YOU SO MUCH for getting me in so quickly! And for seeing to it that I can get in to the office with my schedule. Not only are you an amazing woman, you have a huge heart, just beautiful through & through! And thought my teeth were in worse shape that what I was told. Thank god for Sonicare tooth brush Ive been using. I hadnt had a real dental cleaning since I was in High School. I know thats bad of me. But, the cleaning went well, didnt even have to have a "deep cleaning". That part that I knew Id end up having to do is gonna happen in steps. But thats okay, never got to finish the 2nd part of the root canal in San Diego, so it has to come out. But Im not gonna go toothless... gonna get an implant, molars are too important! And all the metal fillings gonna start getting them out too, with all my grinding and clenching, Im just gonna keep fracturing my teeth and break them, so composite fillings here I come. Once Im done with my lower teeth, including the implant, then Ill be fitted for a guard I can wear during the day to protect my teeth from the clenching (which I am hoping helps alleviate some of the extra tension causing some of migraines ). It may not be the complete resolution for my migraines, but every little bit of prevention counts. And I am so tired of medication, that better oral care and prevention will be a continued plan in part of doing anything and everything to make it more tolerable.

People find it odd when I say "I LOVE going to the dentist!". Its true actually! The staff is friendly, courteous and always takes the time to explain whats being done, whats needed, and what options are available. The dentist Id gone to previously was fantastic and I never thought Id have reason to switch. On my very first visit to Dr. Toy and staff, I knew that I was going to make the switch. The hygienist was fantastic, efficient and professional. Took the time to make me feel comfortable and at home. Flexible scheduling was a must for me and my family and they always work with us to accommodate. A gentle hand, flexible scheduling, professional, fun, and comfortable atmosphere, whats not to love! I highly recommend them to anyone in the area, and even if their office isnt in your immediate area, they are more than worth the drive! Arbor Hills now has myself and family as customers for life, and we ABSOLUTELY look forward to seeing the dentist!

My entire family needed a new dentist and we received a card in the mail for Arbor Hills Dental. I am very pleased we chose to go with Dr Angela Toy. The entire staff is wonderful to work with. They are very friendly. Shannon, who is your first point of contact is so helpful, very friendly, and begins your experience with a warm welcome. Lori does her best to get the not so fun x-rays done quickly. Dr. Toy and a great dentist. Friendly and loves to hear about you. Very gentle while working...my kids love her. I will be recommending Arbor Hills Dental to all my friends and family. Thank you for making the dentist fun again :0)

Doctor Toy is a real doctor-not someone who just fixes teeth like they are a dented car; She treats the whole person. My last dentist left me traumatized and I was scared to see another dentist. After a few times with Arbor Hills Dental, I am not longer nervous. My husband and I know we have a team who really look out for our health. This is the most incredibly thorough dental care we have ever experienced. Thank you, Doctor Toy and staff, for being in our health care army! This office treats you like family or friends and not just a patient. The are very good about working with your insurance as well.

Excellent experience with Dr. Toy. I have had cleanings and fillings replaced, and Dr. Toy was very thorough, gentle, and communicated very well throughout the process. Talking with her, you can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and isnt a pushy salesperson looking to make an extra buck. She takes her time and actually tries to make it as pleasant an experience as possible - not something Ive seen with other dentists Ive experienced who drill it and fill it fast so you get out and they fill the chair with more revenue.

The staff at Arbor Hills have always been professional and courteous and have always answered inquiries in a timely fashion whether it involves billing, insurance coverage or just an appointment update. The service from Dr.Toy has been with the patients comfort in mind. Always asking if your comfortable or if there may be a problem spot your concerned with. She takes the utmost care in listening and addressing your concerns. I would highly recommend Arbor Hills Dental to anyone looking for dental service of the highest quality!

If you have always rued the day you have to go to the Dentist, Dr. Toy and her staff will give your experience a total different result. I first found Dr. Toy in the city I live. I was so happy with my experience that when she moved her practice I was willing to drive almost forty miles just to continue to see her. She has actually corrected several issues that other dentists caused. If you dont have a dentist, or are unhappy, you should give her and her staff a chance to make you smile (and a pretty one at that).

Who knew "going to the dentist" could be an enjoyable experience? Dr. Toy is kind, understanding, professional, efficient with her "time in your mouth" AND has a great sense of humor. She will thoroughly explain the process of the day, answer any questions, discuss your options and during the procedure she is gentle, frequently checks on your comfort level and is efficient when at work on your teeth. She and her staff are warm and welcoming and make your trip to the dentist a pleasant experience.

First dentist switch after my childhood and adolescent dentist, and Im so glad I made the change. I want and expect to learn about my health when I visit a health caregiver and Dr. Toy and assistants were skilled, personal, and efficient in managing my needs. As a healthcare provider myself, I have some detailed preferences that I hope to receive (but often dont get) when Im cared for, but Dr. Toys team definitely come through.

Dr. Toy and her staff her staff are very personable, and helped me feel comfortable right away. They listened well to my questions and concerns, and they were patient and clear in offering explanations and in describing options. I had no sense that they were trying to get me in and out hastily (something Ive felt in other dentists offices); instead, they did careful work and I left feeling well cared-for.

The staff at Arbor Hills Dental have made me feel, with every visit, that my dental health was important and going to be well cared for in their hands. Every member of that office has a positive attitude, is friendly and easy to communicate with when it comes to dental work. I have had two wisdom teeth removed at the office and look forward to getting the other two pulled there when they are ready.
