I have been a lifetime patient of the Adams Family of dentists. When Kinley passed we were all devastated, but I knew I could trust his opinion of people. Kinley hired Dr. Smith to help him with his practice and I have found her to be just as genuine, caring, attentive, and gentle as Kinley and Kenard were. I was nervous at first, but have been extremely happy and comfortable with Dr. Smith. If you need a good dentist who listens and knows how to treat a patient with respect and compassion, make an appointment to see Kristen. I have to add that the entire staff at their office are also very special. They are always positive and show great care and concern for their patients. Its like family.

Very pleasant environment. The ladies at the front desk make you feel comfortable. Today was ( Linda ) always welcoming, and gets appointments lined up to suit your time table. My hygentist ( Kim ) was very knowledgeable & makes the patient feel comfortable. Kim answered questions, I asked her with confidence. I did not see my Dentist today , but Dr Kristen Smith really tries to please her patients with a perfectionist quality. Susan

Nothing wrong with the dental service, but when I switched to them they didnt check to see if I had had exrays done somewhere else. I was a new patient of course I had exrays at my old dentist. My insurance only covers exrays every 5 years. How would I know that. I was then sent a bill for $126. When I went to talk to the accountant, they said it was my fault, and wouldnt cover their mistake. Needless to say I will not be going back!

I have been going to this dental office for around 25 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. Ive had friends tell me about feeling like their dentist is taking advantage of them and trying to rack up a bigger bill. After hearing this, I am immediately thankful I have a dentist whose top priority is her patients and their needs.

My husband and I switched dentist offices this year and were so glad that we did! Dr. Smith and her team are amazing and would recommend them to any family. They made us feel at home and squeezed us in for our appointments when they were made available. Im not a huge fan of visiting the dentist but Dr. Smith was very attentive and provided a superb level of service.
