Dr. Young is a wonderful dentist who truly cares about you as a person as much as he cares about your teeth and oral health. Hes been my dentist for over 6 years, and he always goes that extra step or the extra mile for meeting my needs. He calls me in the evening every time Ive had a procedure done; root canal, tooth extraction, and all minor to major procedures to check on me, and will call a day or two later if needed. Because he knows me, and cares about me as a person, he is aware of my anxiety about dental work, so he makes sure he does what I need to help keep me relaxed and comfortable during any dental procedure, minor or major. His office staff is amazing. Lisa, the office manager, has a full understanding of every plan in every dental insurance they accept. She is diligent, helpful, explains everything you need to know about your benefits, what is covered, and what you need to pay for your next procedure. No surprises about your costs, ever. She also is very knowledgeable about payment plan options. She is super nice, very caring, and patient; regardless of how busy she is. All of the dental assistants and hygienists are really awesome, friendly, warm, and the best Ive ever had actually. The entire office staff are a family to Dr. Young, they are treated as such, and after youve become an established patient, you are treated as family too. Dr. Young has come down to the office when they were closed, once on a Saturday, and once on a Sunday. He actually left his home and his family time to meet me at his office and to treat an infected and painful tooth; which he x-rayed, examined, set an appointment for me within the first couple of days his office was open, and gave me the prescriptions I needed. He also met me at his office, and fixed a permanent retainer that had broke and was cutting the inside of my mouth. He put in a brand new retainer right then. How is that for caring about his well established patients? I highly recommend Dr. Trenton Young, and his entire staff for all of your dental/oral care.

Dr. Trent Young is a fantastic dentist. It was necessary for me to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed. He clearly let me know why this course of action was needed and how the procedure would happen. The day before, his receptionist called with a gentle reminder of my appointment the following morning. At first I was nervous, but that soon subsided as the person behind the desk welcomed me warmly calling me by my first name. The office itself has a great feel and just works. I didnt wait hardly at all. I was given these very large sunglasses and some really awesome headphones with over a hundred music channels! I really appreciate how I was treated. I was numb during the whole procedure. Dr. Young is very skilled and gentle with new advanced devices and techniques that I had not seen at the last dentist. Literally 28 hours after the procedure I had no symptoms or signs of every having had 4 teeth removed. Aside from the interesting option of eye wear ,lol; I highly recommend it. Shawn

All of the staff at Dr. Youngs office are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have always taken such great care of my family. Dr Youngs work is very thorough as he is concerned about exceeding any expectations. He always listens to every concern so he can make my experience as comfortable as possible. He always has the newest technology so I can feel at ease that he only wants the best for his patients. My favorite of the new technologies is the laser that allowed him to give me a filling without him having to give me a shot first. It was fantastic! I love all of the staff. They really go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. I can watch movies during treatment with special movie glasses or listen to the XM radio station of my choice to take my mind off of the work being done. They even offer a warm blanket to keep me cozy. I actually look forward to my dental appointments because I know I will be treated so well.

Details matter. Every visit, Ive noticed how attentive the whole staff is to me as an individual and not just another customer. They are all so friendly and kind, I really appreciate the care and consideration that they provide to make me feel welcome and at ease. Going to the dentist has been an uncomfortable thing for me in the past- Ive had some pretty unpleasant experiences and times when my doctor didnt listen very well or encourage me to speak up if something was not right, but Dr. Young is always on point to hold up and let me communicate what I need. I can see that he is committed to giving great service and making great smiles! :) I am very thankful to have been blessed with this connection here and to have the opportunity to develop my smile. My nightmare started 2 years ago when I had all my teeth removed. New to dentures I was not sure what to expect. I have a small mouth so my dentures were too large for my mouth, bit didnt line up, and they were crooked. The stress on my cheeks was constant. I thought thats the way it was suppose to be. Thats how my old dentist made me fell. That they were dentures, it is what it is get use to it. Out of frustration I went to Dr. Young. Got whole new set of dentures within days my cheeks have relaxed, My smile looks awesome and natural. Im pain free!!! The cost was a little less than the big ugly painful dentures I had before. Dr. Young listen to me and fixed all my issues I couldnt be more pleased.

Dr. Young and his staff provide excellent dental/oral care. They are always friendly, professional, and go the extra mile for their patients. My partner and I have had extensive work done, including bridges, crowns, extractions, root canals and even a tongue biopsy. After each procedure, the doctor called to follow up, even on weekends. He has also come into the office on a Saturday to provide emergency care. The dental hygienist Tasha is also very friendly, professional and conscientious. We highly recommend Dr. Young and his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Youngs for over 15 years. I love him and his staff and their work. They are always very friendly and thorough. I also had my wisdom teeth removed recently and was back to my regular schedule within a day, eating soft foods for just a week. Dr. Young was very quick about it and respected my decision to remain un-sedated, though it was an option. I highly recommend Dr. Young for kids, teens, adults, and seniors.

Very impressed with this dentist and the staff. I can honestly say that I have never looked forward to going to the dentist, however the level of competency and courtesy is very high here and because of that my level of confidence in them is quite high. My experience here has convinced me that my dental health is the first and foremost issue and not selling procedures. The staff is friendly and easy to work with on all levels.

My previous dentist retired several years ago and once told me I had great teeth, and they would last me my entire life. After he retired, I saw an ad in the paper; so I went to see a new dentist in Salem, and he said I needed lots of crowns. I didnt believe him, so I went to Trent Young. I did not need those crowns after all. I have been with Trent Young for many years and have had excellent and honest care. Thank you!
