If I could give this place a 0. I would. I have been going here for 9 years. I absolutely love my dentist. But in July 2016 the office took 1500 from my line of credit. But what I was having done was 1400 I was told they would give me back the 100$ they took from account. Called many time was told they would sent me a check. I called back because I havent received the check. They told me they send it and the address they sent it too I havent lived there in 8 years. I have updated my address multiple times and even receive mail from them. The little post cards they send reninding me I need to get a cleaning. But they told me it wasnt true. Now I asked them to put a stop of that check so no one can cash it as I do not live at that address. They told me they wouldnt do that. The o my was I well get a check is if the other check gets back to them. Now I have no control of if that check that was sent to the wrong address gets back to them. I know for a fact that you can put a stop payment on a check. It seems like they just dont wanna pay me the money they tried to steal from me. Too me keeping money that wasnt owned to them is stealing. All because of this I well never do business with them. I well never refer them to anyone.

I had an excellent experience at Wellness Springs with Dr. Shruti Jadeja, DDS. She was kind, patient, and worked in calm and respectful collaboration with her staff throughout my oral surgery. All of the female staff were great. They were professional, yet friendly, kind, and understanding. They answered every question and concern, and treated me with dignity and respect. I have had a phobia about going to the dentist, but my experience here alleviated that fear. I will go to this office with confidence. I also want to add that I highly appreciated the carefully thought out advice that was given to me about the next steps for my teeth, which need a lot of work (mainly due to my resistence to going to the dentist!). I felt it was ethical and provided with my best interests in mind. I am so glad to have found a great dental team!

Wellness Springs Dental is an amazing group of professionals. In the past, going to the dentist was not an experience that I looked forward to in the slightest. I actually used to put off going to the dentist as long as I possibly could because I disliked dentists so much. I no longer feel this way and am happily booked out for my cleaning appointments because of the wonderful experience I have had with Holly and the team at Wellness Springs Dental. I have never felt pain nor any discomfort in any way because of this amazing team of professionals. I no longer cringe when having to go to the dentist now.

My experience at SofTouch was great and I hate going to the dentist! Everyone makes a real effort to make it a good experience and treated me like family. I got my teeth cleaned and it was painless and fast. The lady was really nice. The doctor did a thorough look see and gave me good advise. Im on a regular schedule now and if I need something fixed Ill be going there to get it done. Glad I finally found a place to go from now on. Think youd like it too! Tom

My hygienist, Jean, is amazing! SO GENTLE! Dr. Rose was very thorough and understanding of my dental fear. Brenda has been great helping me with scheduling my appointments. Ive always been able to get a time that works for me. Ill let everyone know how much I enjoy your office. I was telling my husband that its like the Nordstroms of Dentistry for "customer service." Professional and friendly staff. The procedure rooms are a bit cramped and in a semi open space so you can hear whats going on with everyone else but it wasnt really a problem. The prices seem fair and when I was told I had a ridge between two teeth from an improperly set composite filling from a prior dentist, the dentist offered to fix it and tried it right there.

Wellness Springs Dental is the most professional dental office Ive been to. Everyone is friendly, courteous, caring, and Jean is very gentle. I almost look forward to going for my six-month checks. You are treated like youre important to them and they care about you. Making an appointment is never a problem. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Ive had nothing but great experiences! The staff at Wellness Springs are nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I needed some work done and Brenda at the front desk was able to get me an appointment pretty quick! Everytime I go there I am greeted with a warm and friendly smile!! Absolutely up to date on everything. Plus, the most gentle hygienist Ive ever had. Dr. Rose is extremely competent and thorough. My wife and I are in our 50s and have many dentists in our lives. This team ranks with the best of them.
