I was visiting Coos Bay / North Bend when unfortunately I had a filling fall out. It was a deep cavity and I knew I would be in pain if I didnt get it taken care of right away. I called Apple Dental anticipating that I would not have much luck getting in right away because I was not a patient. To my surprise they asked if I could be there in 10 minutes! They were able to squeeze me in and actually complete the procedure. I have a lot of experience with many dentists and I have to say the experience at Apple Dental was the best I have ever received. They not only welcomed me with a gift they were very kind and gentle through the procedure. The customer service from the front desk was outstanding. I had lost faith that customer service like that even existed anymore. Thank you Apple Dental for restoring my faith and for being great at what you do!

Needless to say most fear going to the dentists office and view the people who work there as the modern equivalent of a medieval torturers with devices that make the rack look innocent and kind; however, Apple Dental makes the process painless or nearly so while explaining what theyre doing at an easy to understand level. Going to Apple Dental youre greeted by a comfortable waiting room with very polite assistants. Then you are rushed into the back for gentle well explained dental care. This care is kind and doesnt take too long either for the time deficient among us. As you walk out the door they help remind you to schedule your next appointment which Ive often found lacking in other dental offices. Overall I would say that Apple Dental is the best of the dental offices in town.

I was here in North Bend about 8 years ago on vacation when my tooth broke so my sister suggested Apple Dental I went there it wasnt very cheap either and back to Las Vegas I went well within 3 months of getting my tooth fixed it totally fell out what a waste of money finally I move back up here about 3 years ago I didnt know of another dentist s.o I called Apple Dental again and apparently because I owe them $200 bill which I did not even realize that I did because they never billed me for they would not see me they denied my service I wouldnt tell anybody to go to the dentist talk about its about the money for them not about the patient.

Moved to the area 3 months ago & hoping to find dental service as good as the area I moved from (Excellent by the way). Apple Dental proved that they were as good the moment I entered their establishment with friendly staff, fast appointment time, meeting the dental assistant & Dr. Brice. Dr. Brice was honest, friendly, sincere & candid at the same time about my treatment program. I can see myself here for many years to come. I picked Apple Dental because of their excellent marketing. I could see their new building going up at the same time as a letter arrived at my address inviting me to check them out & as you can see I did & Im glad.

I was from out of town on a Friday and I had a dental emergency.. I needed a Crown recemented. I contacted 2 other dentists who refused to see me because I was not an established patient. The staff at Apple Dental went above and beyond my expectations to help me with my emergency. They made me feel welcome, comfortable and everyone was very kind and friendly! The whole experience was excellent! I have worked in the dental field in the past and the service they provided is rarely found. If I lived in the Coos Bay-North Bend area I would certainly maintain Apple Dental as my regular dental office.

The staff is wonderful making you very comfortable. They are very flexible with making appointments with your work schedule, and convenient weekend appointments. Im very pleased with how Dr. Lee addresses any dental issue right away and not schedule me out 2 and 3 appointments. While having my teeth cleaned the hygienist was very informative, about the proper techniques to keep your teeth clean and gums healthy. I would highly recommend Apple Dental for your dental needs! Best dental experience Ive ever encountered.

I have been absolutely terrified of dentists since I was 16. Dr. Brice and all of the employees there at Above(Apple) Dental were so nice and gentle with me, it was amazing. They broke my fear and I will always recommend them to my friends and family. I had to have 2 wisdom teeth pulled and Dr. Brice talked it me the entire time and kept me calm. Dr. Martin was amazing as well through my initial first visit. Whoever needs a dentist and is scared, go here. They are so nice and have a lot of heart. 5 star all the way!

My husband and I go to Above Dental. I went to Apple Dental before it changed to Above Dental. I have been a patient there for over 6 years, and I will ALWAYS come back! They take care of their patients and are beyond professional. I hate the dentist, but they make me hate it less! And their new building is stunning! I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist.

Ive tried one other dentist in North Bend but I didnt really like the office. So I decided to shop around one day and I found Apple Dental. So far Ive only had one cleaning, but I can tell you that I like the office and staff already. Everything is modern, clean and the staff is very professional and organized. This is definitely where Im going to take my business from now on.

Apple Dental has the best staff that takes care of you from start to finish. Theyre caring and non-judgemental. The staff and dentists are thorough and concise with their explanations. I am very happy with all the services they have to offer and I always feel like my dental health is in excellent hands. I cannot say enough positive things about Apple Dental.

Ive been a patient for six years since moving to Coos Bay. The service is wonderful, totally accommodating and friendly. The staff is professional, quick, thorough and compassionate (and they have small hands!). The office is equipped with the latest technology in dental medicine. They are very interested in maintenance of hygiene, not only repair of decay.

My dental hygienist, Porsha is the best Ive ever had. She is thorough,gentle, and professional. I have very sensitive teeth due to bruxism and she is able to do a great job without causing pain. Very good care all around! I gave 4 stars because front office isnt always that great.

I had my first experience with Above Dental today and I was impressed. The new building is beautiful and the office staff was so welcoming. Dr. Brice and Porscha made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Ive already scheduled my next appointment.
