Awful, had no idea why I was there, despite being assured via site and on the phone they could handle TMJ they absolutely had no idea what they were doing. Dont read charts or pay attention to allergies, dont follow patients concerns and barely seemed to care. I was there for an immediate painful situation and that was completely not addressed, not to mention feeling scolded for daring to have TMJ and making their work more difficult. They tried prescribing an antibiotic that says right in my chart that Im allergic to, say Im difficult (you cant figure out an antibiotic that isnt penicillin?? Really??) And expect me to jump through hoops so they can maybe find out whats needed for my situation via TWO cleanings under general anesthesia. That is 100% never happening. I do not trust that dentist, she will not be putting me under ever. And she wouldnt even let me pick or discuss who would do my oral surgery. Nope. I will say the front desk and dental hygienist were great, I dont know whats up with that dentist but I will NEVER be back.

My experience at Great Smiles Tigard was amazing! The office was clean, and had a very relaxing environment which is important for me because ive always feared going to the dentist. The front office receptionist was very nice and welcoming and Dr Sepehri and the remaining staff made me feel very welcome and treated me like their friend more than just a patient. The initial exam was very thorough and she checked me for things like cancer and tmj disorder where every other dental office has never done that for me before. My second appointment to get my cavities filled was painless. Dr. Sepehri and her assistant were very friendly and kept me calm throughout the entire procedure. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist in Tigard or surrounding areas.

After having made the transition from employee to just a patient.. I still love coming to Dr. Sepehris office. It felt like coming home. Judy is always so welcoming and keeps tabs on me and the whole family. Jessica gave me an amazing cleaning and with a very considerate and gentle touch - nor did she shame me for being a terribly inconsistent flosser. Dr. Sepehri was thorough in her exam. Alexa was so good about getting me an accurate estimate (and so quickly!) for my recommended treatment. She also provided me opportunity to book my next step, but didnt pressure me into it. (A very appreciated trait). It truly is a visit to the Mouth-Spa... relaxing, welcoming and I leave with a better smile than when I entered. Thank you so much team!

I have been extremely happy with my results at Dr. Sepheris office. At the front desk reception I met with Nanette who was very helpful and friendly. I was escorted back to have an exam and fillings with Dr. Sepheri. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. I like the fact she is always taking additional classes for the latest in advanced treatment. I feel like Im getting the best products and procedures available. It is a very relaxed atmosphere which I enjoyed. Plenty of parking also. I recommended my son to the practice who had the same experience as I did. So far Ive loved my experience with Dr. Sepehris office. My initial consultation was the most in-depth and thorough consult Ive ever experienced. It made me feel like she truly cares about getting to the bottom of any and all dental issues I might have. My cleaning was superb and Dr. Sepehri replaced my fillings quickly and beautifully. Also, Nanette at the front desk is fabulous. She walked me through every expense, spent a long time hearing me out about what I could and couldnt afford, and was so accommodating. It felt like she would have spent the whole afternoon letting me talk it out if I had needed to. Really recommend.

The staff is very professional and Dr. Sepehri is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. . My daughter is so happy and excited to start the treatment and her self esteem has already changed 100%. I am so thankful to Dr. Sepehri and her team for making this visit a very comfortable, caring and productive visit for my daughter. Dr. Parisa Sepehri is easily the most experienced & most talented dental professional in the Pacific Northwest. Yet as prominent as she is, Dr. Sepehri is very accessible to any patient and I always feel well-educated after a visit. The Doctors assistants throughout the years have been top-notch, including receptionists who double as health care experts. To top it off, getting cleanings and work done is virtually pain-free even when not using anesthesia (read: a VERY gentle touch). Of all the dentists Ive seen over the years, Dr. Sepehri is my favorite as is her experienced, friendly staff.

Stay away from this dentist unless you want a $1600 bill for work that is not needed. My spouse found this on our insurance providers website and he made an appointment for a routine cleaning. His last cleaning was 6 months ago. At the appointment she did not perform the cleaning and did x-rays but knowingly reported them to our insurance as a procedure that wasnt covered. She said he had 6 cavities and would also need a deep cleaning to be completed in 5 visits. We went to another dentist 2 days later and he said had none. This dentist obviously cares more about money than the patient.

Both myself and my daughter go to Great Smiles. I have never had a bad experience and I have had everything from a routine cleaning to a root canal. My daughter who is 8 just had her teeth cleaned again at Great Smiles when she left she said " I love the Dentist it is my 4th favorite place to go." This says a lot especially when the top 3 are the Zoo, Build a Bear, and the Enchanted Forest. Thank you Great Smiles for always providing excellent care and fantastic customer service. Im so glad I found you.

I have loved going to see Dr Sepehri since moving to Oregon. She is amazing at explaining everything in our plan for my dental health and I appreciate that she is never pushy to do something that would cost a lot of out of pocket. I feel like myself and my family is being taken care of by people who are like family. The staff is always so friendly and bright and I highly recommend this practice whenever asked about a dentist.

Dr Sepehri was so kind and explained everything she had found in my xrays in words I could easily understand. She was very knowledgeable, and compassionate. Her assistant was also kind, and made you feel comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were great, and nice to talk too. Definitely would recommend, especially to those who get anxiety over seeing the dentist.

Great Smiles Tigard has been excellent! They have a wonderful assistant and office manager who were very friendly and incredibly helpful getting everything setup with my insurance and appointment. Dr. Sepehri made going to the dentist a breeze and nothing to worry about. Her office is beautiful and she is a competent dentist! I recommend her to anyone! :)
