Reading through the reviews given, theres a lot of either very positive or very negative. I thought Id share my experience in comparison to both: (Being unbiased as i can, I only had one dentist through my procedure, Anna nguyen, so i dont know about other dentists being problematic.) Though a lot of the complaints written are true, theyre very exaggerated. Yes, there are times when the assistants dont know what theyre doing. Theyre learning, we all have to at some point. And the dentist is RIGHT THERE to make sure nothing goes wrong, so if you cant handle an assistant whos there to take an xray or suck water out of your mouth then youre just being petty and dramatic. My dentist Anna Nguyen (?) was also very professional and personable which was great for my anxiety. As she explained the process to her assistant, I was also able to understand what was happening and why. It made things very clear. And I got to watch SpongeBob as a 21 year old without being judged lol. Speaking of being clear, in regard to financials, the front desk is also very open and honest about what youre paying for. And they dont tell me what the best deal is for me, they explain what my options are and I get to choose. They have always been about me getting a good deal though. They had a charity event where if I donated $10, theyd take $100 off my bill. They also gave me a free treatment for being eligible for something else they were doing. I got 4 cavities cleaned, 2 filled, and 2 moler inlets for free. They could have even gotten me to pay for 2 root canals instead cuz my molers were practically gone after the cavities, but they saved my teeth and me money. My hygienist also asked the manager to give me one of their [expensive] automatic toothbrushes for free cuz theyre that into getting their patients the care they need. So you shouldnt really be that worried about amateur assistants. Dr Bacon on the other hand, Ive only been with him 2 days so far out of all my treatment. He talks to me through the process of invisalign, and although hes not as personable, hes very straightforward and clear. He couldve easily talked me into getting the more expensive plan out of the 3 plans of my invisalign. But instead he showed me the digital outcome of each plan (what my teeth looked like on a computer screen), and broke down the cost of each. Triangle Smiles gives me great deals, theyre very friendly & open & professional, and they want to take care of you. But they also want to teach and train their assistants to be better at their job too. So if thats somehow a deal breaker then good luck finding your perfect dentist.

What an awful experience! Will not be returning! I am the ideal patient that has no cavities, teeth work, or problems. My whole appointment was just one awful thing after another. 1. Upon my arrival Im told they dont have a hygienist so someone else will be doing my exam. Why would you schedule my appointment on a day there is no hygienist when I need a cleaning? 2. Assistant spent half an hour taking my x-rays because she couldnt get the machine placement correct. Do you know how uncomfortable it is to hold that contraption in your mouth because someone else isnt getting the camera position correctly. 3. Assistant immediately began polishing my teeth and snagged my lip in the tool. First off, why are you polishing my teeth when my teeth havent even been cleaned yet? Also, as the person polishing my teeth, why are you not maneuvering my lip away from my teeth so you can polish the front of them without spinning my lip into your tool. 4. The dentist? or whomever Anna Nguyen is, returned to actually clean my teeth, and used the ultrasonic. Thats fine, however the assistant was not paying attention and continued to suction my throat rather than the water coming from the tool. She also would look away causing her hand to move to then suction my lip or cheek instead of liquid. 5. Once the cleaning was complete the assistant returned to struggling to polish my teeth and then flossed. At this time she missed both of my back molars but I did not say anything because I plan to just floss them myself and get out of there. 6. Lastly, I opted in the beginning of the appointment prior to knowing that the experience was going to be less than professional, for varnish to be put onto two teeth. The assistant proceeded to dab the varnish all over all my teeth, getting it onto my lips and piles of the product on my teeth. My lips are still sticky 2 hours later. I really wanted to like this place but it seems that its a bunch of newly graduates or maybe interns working here. The two who handled my appointment today were not even on their website as part of their "Team". Long story short, I will not be returning and I hope that no one else deals with the same. The Pros I can say is their front desk seems very knowledgeable, in particular their insurance specialist and the business itself seems very up-to-date with everything being digital.

You know i was very happy initially with the service and staff. UNTIL....I have automatic payments taken out so I have not missed a payment in almost 3 years. My teen was away for the summer getting college credits. Office and Dentist all aware of this (i do communicate and keep in contact) when she got back I set up an appointment and a week later I get a letter from COLLECTIONS. They sent me to BLEEPING collections. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. They STILL get their payment EVERY DAM MONTH but since my teen was not in over the summer they send me to COLLECTIONS. WTFudge. OK so you get sent to collections when you DO NOT PAY. Im paying and they are receiving but they said because she was not in this summer they had to send me to collections. IM HEATED. they take my money and send me to collections even though i have been in contact with them all summer and they get their $200 every month automatically from my bank account, current and up to date. BUT IM SENT TO COLLECTIONS. This is so wrong and Im taking it further up. I was wrongfully sent and get a mark against my credit for doing and paying as Im supposed to. What the Hell

Awful dentist. Had one good experience where I cracked a toothe 3 days before my wedding they got me in same day, root canal and capped. Second time I needed a cap done the doc saw me would not work on me because my blood pressure was borderline high because I was in a lot of pain. Told me to see my regular doctor who said I was fine for dental work. Went back in again and they did half a root canal which relieved the pain. This had been going on for two weeks. Now I say half a root canal as they didnt finish they referred me to a specialist who they could never schedule me with. Eventually gave up and got my own specialist or perio doc to finish. Who could not figure out why they only did half the job. But dont worry they billed my insurance in full and used up my benefits for the year so I got to pay out of pocket to have another doctor do the job.!. Also I was in the chair for 4 hours with the doctor asking for things and the techs disappearing for ten minutes at a time looking for different instruments and or products. Do not go here they will steal your money, time and insurance money.
