very poor customer service, the woman I spoke to was eating a meal while talking, I could barley hear her. The call disconnected, I then called back a and let the system hold my place in line for over 3 hours I got no call back. I then called myself and got hold of someone else. Why is that call system in place if it doesnt work. Its a waste of peoples time.

Cumbersome system. Confused personnel. Is it the digital component, the human component, or both? Trying to contact a physician at his/her office is a nightmare. Trying to schedule an appointment, confirm one, or change one is, at best, a challenge. This is a shame, as Abingtons physicians, nurses, and techs are top-notch, all the way.

The ER room was okay but after being emitted they do not stay on schedule woth neds they are very slow. If you end up in the widner part your screwed hope your not in pain or your screwed.
