I was treated for a wisdom tooth extraction yesterday by Dr. Brownsberg. He was inconsiderate and clearly did not care for my needs or consider my level of discomfort as a patient during the procedure. In addition, cleanliness of the nurse assiting him is in high question as she smelled like cat urine. I specifically asked for oral topical anesthesia before my local anesthesia was administered and he literally tried to discourage me from taking it saying that the topical anesthesia is "just a mind thing" and would not stop the pain. This clearly is not the truth. When he finally gave me the local topical numbing I had asked for he then began to inject areas that had NOT BEEN NUMBED AT ALL. I asked for more topical anestesia, and he said that the part of my gum being injected was "tough tissue" and would not be able to be numbed. However the previous wisdom tooth extraction I had with a different doctor was easy and painless as he numbed every area of my mouth being worked on and had no difficulty numbing any area especially not the inside "tough" area. After my procedure on Monday, I had a lot of pain specifically in the area of my gum where the needle was injected with no topical agent applied. Thus was a extremely different from my previous recovery where I had absolutely no pain in the injected areas. Dr. Brownsberg treated me as yet another number on his long list of procedures. He seemed more intent on making his work quick and painless for himself with as little effort put forth as possible on his part than for considering my needs and discomfort as the operated-on patient. I would never reccomed this facility to anyone I cared about at all. Sensitivity training needs to be a priority for all dentistry staff. A dentist should be able to handle the full responisbility of taking thorough and full care of their patient and handling their requests with respect.

I just walked out of this hospital after being treated like a common fool! First I was accused of needing a script then when I under stress cried and told them I had been abused and couldnt reach my mental health doctor and was having severe panic attacks and my therapist suggested I go to the emergency room to be on the safe side... I sat there being laughed at and talked about. (excuse the run on) I immediately walked out and am now after walking there and back feel worse than when I went. Now like the police, I will never use their services again. I would rather die. #spreadlove I am a mother and a good person. Dont know why they chose to traumatize me more. But that was horrible. I guess I was not worth being treated as a human. This hospitals staff needs public relations classes. I wish there was someone that could rectify this matter. They heard psych meds and concluded I was crazy. I have went through trauma after trauma and this is just an addition to that list. I have never been treated like this at a hospital. Not to leave out, they tried to trick me into the psych ward... Wow mental health has a stigma. I needed medical attention and they made it impossible for me to sit there. They profiled me. The triage nurse to the people in the back. The guards were the only help I saw in that wretched building.

I dont like writing reviews and less giving bad ones, but i feel in need to express my discontent after a situation with my husband in the ER. First when we got there needed a wheelchair they gave me one for me to drive it. I mean literally, just want to say i am 4 feet 3 inches hardly couldnt move it. Somebody from ER came and helped me not staff a patient waiting in ER. Next i told the person in the reception window that my husband couldnt breathe twice and later couldnt feel his hands, no one listened. I trully understand that when you are in an ER you must wait for them to care for the most ill, but my husband had to have a seizure for them to take matters in hands. The most indignant experience because after that they didnt let the seizure end lifted him off the floor stood him straight and then took him in. My husband was disoriented and said Im sorry told him honey you dont have to say your sorry for that youre sick and the person that took him in said yes he does because that tells me he is educated. Arent were supposed to say thank you not sorry, to demonstrate we are educated. Feel really bad, my hubby told me trated him bad until he was able to speak and say he had medical insurance. I do want to thank security check was good treat and he told me the doctor treated him with dignity and was kind.

I went over for gall stones pains... they sent me back home with no meds .. they didnt even treat me with anything over there . .. they gaved me a ultrasound.. seen I had big rocks and still sent me home with no pain meds .. once I went home I had pains all day .. til 4am the next day I couldnt take it anymore . . My chest felt like it was burning .. so I went back to the er but I went to jeanes Hospital... they admitted me right away after seeing the big rocks and small rocks I had .. they even said I wasnt suppose to get sent home.. the burning I was feeling was liquids coming out of my gall bladder ... if i never went back anything couldve happen ... I felt like it was neglects on yall part... I dont recommend anyone to go to this hospital... they seen it as.. since I dont have pain .. send me back home... but as a doctor .. u should know that these pains come and go .. gallbladder pain can last for hours and go away and come back in mins ... just cause the pain went away doesnt means my stones did also... if I could give u no stars . That what i would rate this hospital...

The worst hospital ever. I went to the emergency room on Saturday March 1, 2014. I was complaining of fever, nausea, vomiting stomach acid, burning in the throat, difficulty breathing. I also mention that I havent been able to eat for days. Keep in mind that I am 13 week pregnant. The nurse asked me question but it was as if she was not even listening to me. The nurse asked me if I was taking any medication. The nurse gives me a prescription for the same medication I currently taking. Doest make any sense. The nurse sent a guy in regular clothes to give me a ultrasound with a ultrasound machine that does not work. I was unable to see or hear the baby. He kept saying the machine was frozen. He try to reboot but continue to have a problem. Keep in mind I only mention the nurse and the ultrasound guy( not sure if he really work there). I never ever saw a doctor the entire visit. One last thing. I was told to take off my clothes but never examined. Please avoid the emergency room if you can. Very scary and unpleasant environment.

What I would like like to know is who is the hospital administrator for this hospital and why are they not held accountable?!? The emergency room is deplorable. Does he/she receive care at this facility? Would he/she recommed their family to this ER for care? I would not send my worst enemy to this ER. When was the last time it has been throughly cleaned? Sanatized? Hazardous waste disposed of appropriately? Why is this hospital not properly maintained? Is this another political oversight? I am aware that money talks but no one should EVER have to encounter or work at this hospital in its current condition. No I was not a patient, I visited a patient. There should be an option for no stars on google for this place. The healthcare system in this country needs an immediate overhaul and this hospital is an example of why. Where does the money received for services rendered go after salaries are paid? Is this a demographic issue? Economic issue? Tell the truth because if it is, that is a poor excuse!
