I was previously a patient at Gentle Family Dentistry but I decided to try another office because of my work schedule. But after I had my appointment at Smile Krafters on Cedar Crest Blvd I instantly missed Gentle Family Dentistry. I could not wait to make my 6 month followup appointment with Gentle Family Dentistry. On 10/10/13 I came in to the office for a cleaning and I also had xrays done. This was my first time meeting Brooke, the hygienist. She was AWESOME !!! She was very friendly and patient. Brooke answered all of my many questions and made me feel at ease. She also gave me so much good advice. Brooke also did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I then met with Dr. Samenini who was also very nice and she examined me and explained what treatment I would need and why. When my visit was over Brooke gave me a goody bag and then I checked out with Brenda who helped to make a new patient appointment for my son. Brenda was also very nice and knowledgable. I would recommend Gentle Family Dentistry to anyone for three reasons. 1. They live up to their name ... They are GENTLE but very efficient 2. Everyone is very pleasant and friendly 3. I had absolutely no wait time ... which I LOVE !!! My time is valuable. Please choose Gentle Family Dentistry.

Hi I was by to see the guys at Gentle Family today. I was having my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was and is terrific. Her name is Brooke. Very personable, funny, makes you feel comfortable while in her care. Before you know it the appointment was over. Dr. Gangji checked in to see how I was, checked my teeth, gums and discussed with both myself and the hygienist what work I had to come back to have next. Your never in the dark. The guys always treat me with respect, lots of laughs, but they make sure I know what is going on and they allow me to ask questions if I have any. And finally, the office staff today were Nicole, Jenna, and Alana. Alana really took the time to help me schedule my next office visit but answered my questions regarding my insurance, whats covered and not covered. I walked away again feeling informed and happy with my visit. They dont want you to leave feeling like you didnt have some fun, that you didnt receive excellent service or that you didnt have your questions answered. All of this is so important when it comes to your oral hygiene. If you have need of a dentist then please dont hesitate to give Dr. Gangji and his amazing support team a chance. I HAD to switch dentists due to a change in our insurance. After viewing their website, I felt they COULD be a good fit for my family and our crazy schedules and dental needs. Brenda was extremely helpful and very patient with my apprehension at first. She answered all of my insurance needs and quotes up front and no BS. Dr. Gangi is the most knowledgeable dentist I have been to in a while. It makes wonder what my other dentist was or wasnt looking at. He explains everything in detail before, after and during the visit. He takes these awesome photos of the work he performed. Amazing!! Sandra, his assistant is very patient friendly and makes us feel at ease every visit. We laugh every visit. Brooke, the hygienist, is very informative and has really given my family some new pointers on how to care for our teeth. This office rocks!! My sister has been a patient of Dr. Gangji for years and she said this is the only dentist she will trust because of bad experiences with other dentists as a child and young adult. I needed to find a dentist closer to me and decided to take my children here. My pre-teen daughter was so scared at first but her hygienist, Brooke, calmed her down immediately! She was so understanding of my daughters anxieties it also calmed me down immediately too. My son saw Dr. Gangji who really makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. He really explains everything that is needed as did Brooke, they are both wonderful and knowledgeable. Brenda helped us find the perfect day to come back to put sealants on both childrens teeth. She also help schedule my teenage son so he only had to come back once to finish is treatments. I feel the name Gentle Family Dentistry is a perfect name for this dentistry.

I have been a patient at Gentle Family Dentistry for almost two years. Dr. Gangji is the friendliest and most comforting dentist I have met. Hes also hilarious, which helps calm the inevitable nerves. Dr. Ladani also does amazing work. They both strive to educate you along the way so that there are no surprises, and they use the most advanced techniques available. Hygienist Ewa, Kim (EFDA), and staff Janill and Patti are extremely kind. Every time they see a patient in the office, they leave you feeling as if youre close friends. In fact, Patti stayed late in the office one day just so that I would be able to come in and pick up an item that I had forgotten the day before. I cannot say enough about this dentistry and do not foresee myself going anywhere else. They go above and beyond the expected and leave patients feeling comfortable and calm, a rarity in a dentists office.

I have been going to Dr. Gangji for about 3 years now. I am ashamed to say that I had let my teeth go due to raising my children, taking care of their needs and never seeming to have money left over for my own teeth. I also had a bad experience with a previous dentist. Dr. Gangji and his assistant Sandra were absolutely wonderful, they made me feel comfortable and at ease and together we started a treatment plan for me so that I could once again smile and not feel self conscious about people looking at my teeth. He explains exactly what he is going to do and is always making sure you are not feeling any pain or discomfort while he is doing it. Brenda, who is always kind and courteous, was terrific in helping me with my fears at the cost of the treatment by helping me with the Care Credit program. I would highly recommend this Dental Office to everyone out there!

My Name is Valerie Johnson my Dr was Dr. Gangji. I was in for a temporary crown on July 9th with a appointment to come into the Allentown office July 29th. My temp crown visit went well with Dr Gangji numbing me up so I wouldnt feel any pain during the procedure. I am a baby when it comes to the dentist. Sorry I cant remember who was my hygienist during this visit but she was very attentive in asking me was I ok, did I want to watch tv, do I need to rinse out etc. The only qualm I have is on my return visit scheduled for the 29th I arrived to a closed office (Allentown office) I was pretty upset because I never got a call about this change.I had to go to the Bethlehem office which is 25 minutes out of my way versus 5 mins.therefore I had to rearrange my schedule to make this happened since Dr. Ganji would not be back till the 12 of July. This visit gets 21/2 stars
