So happy to have found American Family Dental! We came from a big, new chain dentist on Airport road in the shopping center and the service and care we get at American Family Dental is just more personal and all around better. I came to them with issues with my teeth caused by the big chain dentist and also with some issues with my insurance. They handled it all. I just had a checkup today and for the first time in years, my teeth are clean, required no scraping, and I am cavity free. And I don’t have a big bill either! The dentists, hygienists, and front office staff are just so nice and down-to-earth. You do not feel like a number here. They remember us each time we walk in and deal very well with my fear of dental procedures. If I ever move, I’ll still continue to use American Family Dental on Union Blvd. for my dental visits!

Dealing with this office for 4 months was a horrible experience! They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Many staff members are incompetent. They messed up my x-rays and never properly submitted correct forms to my insurance. I switched to SmileKrafters and they are sooooooo much better!!! The facility itself is dirty and dingy, I.should have walked out as soon as I saw their nasty waiting room. Do yourself a favor and pick another place to go... Anywhere but this place!

Just went there yesterday for a check up n my teeth to b cleaned. The girl that did my teeth needs her own office. She did a awesome job on my mouth I couldnt b any more happier than that. From the time I step foot n the place the front girl was just sweet. But if I moved I would always make my appointments here. Thks guys for keeping up with my smile! KB

Slow Slow They take take forever to get back to you I called multiple times over 3 mos for a follow up and a filling and was told I would get a call back....never did. Over priced All they want is the MONEY
