Extremely disappointed. Having been bring my son to kids care for the last 6 plus years. Unfortunately we had to visit kids care many many times because of various issues including strep . Ear infestions etc. In march of 2016 he was referred for a sleep study . I never heard the results so assumed that test was fine. Continue to vist multiple time betwwen march and now and at last visit january 12 i was told the sleep apnea test indicated severe sleep apnea. What? When asked why i hadent been told this before i was told that i had not updated my info and there for they did have correct phone number. Mind you they had called me at my correct phone number and each time i visited and filled out my correct info. The person i spoke with about this replyed oh well better late then never. NOT. MY SON HAS MISSED SCHOOL DAYS NOT TO MENTION HIS STRUGGLE BECAUSE OF THE SEVERE SLEEP APNEA. HE IS NOW SCHEDULED WITH A SPECIALIST AND HOPFULLY WILL MAKE GOOD PROGRESS. THIS WAS TERRIBLE SERVICE .

This place is horrible. Every single time I call there they are closed. Or I have to wait on hold for 15 minutes or more before I can make an appointment. The girls that answer the phones always have an attitude. I am removing my children from this practice. Horrible customer service

I love the doctors here. I have been bringing my kids here for over 10 years since they were at Union Station Plaza. I barely have issues with them. Not everyone is perfect. Lisa Culligan CRNP is the best.
