My fiance & I love Dr. Frys office. Our puppy has had a myriad of issues since we got her and Ive always entrusted her care with Dr. Fry. She has gone above & beyond in answering our questions and helping us care for our pup. Also, the women up front are always kind and courteous on the phone; remember their clients (and their animals) by name; and make everyone feel welcome in what can be a scary place for pets! I never worry when I have to go to the vet because I know its a friendly place for me and my puppy -- and we both enjoy interacting with the staff.

Visited a few times now each time hoping the next visit would be better but wont be returning. The staff does not seem to be trained well in customer service skills and are odd to say the least. Dr. Fry lacks basic communication skills, not very friendly in fact comes across as if she just crawled out of bed. After asking questions she seems annoyed as if you are bothering her. Going back to my previous vet which is further to drive but at least you are made to feel welcome and treated with respect by very friendly staff who care about you and your pet.

Jennifer Fry is a great vet. Shes the vet for all our fur kids. Her staff is spectacular providing friendly & courteous service every time we come. She even donates her free time to provide veterinarian services for Fairchild "Ferrel Friends" Foundation. She is an incredible Vet. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her.

Dr. Frey has an amazing knowledge and understanding of cats. She had made the last 4 months of my very sick and elderly cat high quality. She has diagnosed and caught conditions others have dismissed. Her caring and compassion and is quite evident and I highly recommend her.
