or 18 years I loved this place and recommended it. Last visit broke my trust. I will not return. My cat was in for a regular visit and a blood drawI ended up going into the back room to get her after 10 minutes and a lot of noise. When we got home her tail did not work. I notified that the same day. It was five days later than the vet called me back. Lack of communication, lack of caring, and a problem with their vet techs

My family had been going to this practice since Dr. James H. Langman started it. They are knowledgeable, fair and will give you more than one option normally when it comes to the hard decisions. I pass 2-3 others hospitals going to them because, you dont take your family to the second best.

We trust them with a much loved member of our family, our Shih Tzu. They are great from front desk to techs. And the Drs are smart and totally up to date. We would not go anywhere else. I have recommended them to friends with pets and they love them as well.
