We tried this place 4 times. The vet and tech are nice to our dog, but need a crash course in everyday manners. Everytime we go there we are spoken to very slowly and patronizingly, the way you would speak to a toddler. I wanted to say, "we are perfectly competent adults, please speak normally." The spikey haired vet tech has a serious interrupting problem. Everytime I tried to speak, she cut me off by blurting something over my sentence. I assumed it was an accident, so I kept trying to finish just one sentence. She refused to let me finish even one thought. It made the visit awkward. The observations of the (paying) customer should not be so callously disregarded. It was terribly rude. More importantly, if you are going there for one problem expect to pay for two or three. Most times we went there, we were just assigned medication for a problem we didnt even come there for. It bothered me that they didnt even discuss treating the other issue with us first, so we did not get to discuss any different options. They just went in the back, came out handing us meds and gave us directions for medication without any discussion about it first. I really didnt like this, as I think medications are brandied about too often as it is. Basically, if you go here, your thoughts, observations, and input are not just unimportant, they are unwelcome and will not be tolerated. Thats the feeling here. It is worth driving further for more professional adult behavior.

I spent $700 on two failed hernia surgeries and a dental cleaning that never happened. After the first surgery I was made to feel that it was my fault that the surgery didnt stick -despite having followed there rules. After the second surgery failed within two weeks of being done, I was too disgusted to even call them. Now its been 4 months since the surgery and supposed teeth cleaning was done and my dog (who in the 3 years of living with me hasnt had a single dental problem) needs a tooth removed because tarter buildup is rotting her tooth away and causing her pain. I even used their recommended Clenz-a-dent in her water. They refused to accept any blame. I have sent them one lasting email hoping they will refund some of my money so a fit doctor can care for my dog, but they arent the type to do the right thing it seems. Its a shame that my families 13 years of patronage and taking our 7 dogs and 5 cats there has gotten us zero respect.

This used to be an awesome place to take our pets for their medical needs but in the last 2 years it has taken a negative turn. To Begin the physical is way too quick and in spite of the fact that I said my pets were constantly shaking their ears The new vet just glanced at their with the same sentence for all of my pets "Their ears are very dirty." But when we tried another vet he found during the routine physical that all of my pets had ear mites! The vets and staff dont really listen because they are too busy pushing expensive Lyme products and unnecessary tests. And my goodness do they push!
