They are a traditional vet offering good standard of care. However, they are very dedicated to their traditional training including plenty of drug and surgical options, but arent open at all to alternative modalities. I had to leave them after 8 years and 5 pets because they gave up on our beloved dog saying there was nothing more they could do for her. Our experience was ok with Glenmoore Vet as long as our pets were healthy, but when they became old and sick the course of action by Glenmoore only made our pets worse and dependent on drugs, etc. The biggest disappointment, however, is that not one person, vet included, ever called to see how our dog was doing when they sent her home to die.

The staff at the front desk is horrible; they are always talking about personal issues and on the phone ignoring the people in the waiting room. My last visit I stood at the desk for over ten minutes waiting to pay so I could leave only to be over charged by $58 and have the lady argue with me finally I paid the bill and left. Then two weeks later got a letter in the mail saying they realized they over charged me and were putting a $20 credit on my account. Thanks but I want the cash back we wont be going back to this vet ever again.

Ive used Glenmoore for many years and have always been amazed at the kindness and dedication of the staff and doctors. Theyve cared for my pets from a Chihuahua, to my Great Danes, to my shelter rescue, and now to my Toy Fox Terrier. Ive recommended them to a number of friends and will continue to do so. In addition, they respected my decision to vaccinate only what is required by law and supported my decision to feed raw rather then kibble. Im very grateful for the kindness theyve shown my furry family!

I came home on a Saturday evening to find my cat making pained meows, squatting every few minutes, and generally out-of-sorts. Being a Saturday night, we called the on-call vet and he agreed to meet us at the hospital to have the cat examined. He graciously took our cat overnight and gave him the necessary care. Our cat ended up staying there for a couple of days, and though he was very unhappy with us for having left him there, he ended up being fine. The dedicated care he received was outstanding.

We have been using this practice for 15 years and to say they are amazing is an understatement! The last 2 years we have been caring for a very sick dog. The entire staff at GVH treated and cared for our dog like it was a member of their own family. The amount of time, patience, kindness, and respect they gave to our family members and our beloved dog was incredible. Glenmoore Veterinary Hospital has a big BIG HEART and we are very grateful!

I have to agree the staff at the front desk is very rude. They ignore you when you enter the building unless it is someone they know very well. I have also been there when they talk about personal issues at the front desk, definitely not business like. Ninety percent of the doctors are pretty good. One of the female doctors should not be there.

I was VERY impressed with the staff as well as the building. Everything was clean, didnt smell like animals or pee. The building was modern looking and there was tons of seating room. I LOVE that there were 3 receptionists. I was in and out very fast and every single person that worked there had a great attitude and truly loved animals.

I have brought guinea pigs and my dog here and to say they care is an understatement. They were extremely helpful and thoughtful during the loss of our one guinea pig; she was treated like a part of our family who was passing. I cant say enough positive comments about them.

Weve been taking our four dogs there for over five years now, and we are very happy with not only the quality of the care, but also the professionalism and personable nature of those working the front desk. Great place to bring your pets!

Love this office. Its clean, technicians are so friendly. Dr. Roesener is fantastic. Willing to answer questions and very helpful with any concerns. Its great that my puppy doesnt mind being at the vet.
