I have to say - Ive had pets for a long time and there have never been any Vets that compare to the integrity of Dr. Francella. He listens to what you tell him about the animals behavior, he runs the tests that need to be run now, and worries about the others later if they need to be done. He takes your financial status into consideration (probably not new people, but for clients that have been around a while). He has made himself available to my and my pets during happy moments and sad moments - even when he doesnt have office hours. The phone is alays answered, and if not by him, then the service. It is rare that I have actually had to go to the Animal Hospital in Frazer and pay the big bucks ,when he answers the phone. He is a good man, and he is good with our pets. There will never be another Vet like him.....so I hope he lives forever! BJ is most helpful as well - we look forward to going there rather than the dreaded vetrinary visits weve endured in the past.

Dr. Francella is truly one of the best vets Ive ever had! Vet medicine has been in his family a long time and he is a pet owner as well, which makes him really understanding. If you have a large dog its a little hard for him to lift your animal on to the table and hell tell you that- he is 60 something! If you have trouble paying he helps you figure it out and really is honest about what your pet needs. He is not someone in this for the money- as a close friend of small animal vets, I know money is not why people become a vet! As for his negative reviewer on here, I would like you to know, he doesnt retire because he LOVES his job and has a daughter in college. If you love your pet and actually having a friendly doctor, I suggest Dr. Francella!

Dr Francilla saw our dog when our dog had a Lyme flare up. He was so kind, and for the first time, our dog didnt get "mind" a man coming near him. THEN we rescued a kitten that was part of a litter some jerk must have dumped in our neighborhood and he treated her for a respiratory infection, and has since given her the necessary shots. I love his caring, loving way with for the animals and so helpful caring for the animals Humans! :D Id recommend him to everyone! Thank you!

Have taken 4 pets there for 6 years. Great staff and wonderful value. When I needed them the most, they were there for me when it counted. I will never forget the sensitivity, accommodation, and great response when I had a lot of medical problems with my cat. Far above and beyond what any other vet I had been to. Very concerned and never bothered by late night calls and made accommodations after hours.

I cant say enough about Dr. Francella and BJ, they are there when you need them and ready to help in anyway they can, my 3 pitts and 2 cats are well taken care of by them. Dr. Francella will help you even on his off hours. That says alot about someone! The price is reasonable compared to other Vets in the area which is a blessing!!! S. Noel

The doctor has no office hours tonight but spent time with me on the phone giving advice on my sick cat. I have had nothing but good experiences with this vet and intend to keep using his services as long as he keeps his practice. Plus he is a lot more reasonably priced than any other in the area.

I have a large brood of dogs. Dr. Francella is always there to do what needs to be done and has his heart into it. I had my very sick beloved Chihuahua there many times up until the end. Very compassionate people.

Very nice and friendly ! The doctor will tell you what exactly the pet needs, not to try just to take your money. I recommend this place so very much! Even I live in Virginia, I would go there again!

Dr. Francella really cares for and understands animals of all kinds. He is gentle and patient and will not nickle and dime you. We Take all of our dogs there and they really like him! Highly recommended.

Great with all animals. Always there if you need him. My daughters Chihuahua had a reaction to rabies shot. He said bring him back in and fixed him all up. Saved our fur baby.
