If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My wife and I have visited this location (on Rt. 29 in Collegeville, PA next to Wawa) twice in the past two months. Both experiences were extremely unsatisfactory. The first time, the phlebotomist would not listen to my wifes concern about using a pediatric needle for blood work as it is very hard to draw blood from her without it. The phlebotomist was extremely condescending and completely ignored our concerns. She was so rude, had preconceived notions about us, and in the end made my wife so nervous that she could not even finish getting the blood. She did such a bad job that my wife was bruised for more than a week, which has never happened to her before. The second time around, we requested a different phlebotomist to do the blood work for my wife. While that person did a good job, he also was rude, condescending, and very discourteous. While at Labcorp, waiting for my wifes turn, we witnessed the front desk attendant/phlebotomist being extremely disrespectful and rude to elderly patients. We had a great experience with the Labcorp site in Pottstown on High Street. Labcorp needs to improve the quality of care delivery at this Collegeville location immediately. Save yourself the rudeness and unprofessionalism at this location, and drive the extra few miles to Pottstown if you can, where you can be treated with respect and proper care.

I made my appt a week in advance. I had to fast, which I did. I showed up 10 mins early. I was taken on time but then told, after the registrant looked online and shuffled through a bunch of papers, that no electronic or faxed orders were there. She offered no help but for me to call my doctor (at 7:30 am!) I had to leave - there was no "Im sorry" - nothing. In fact, the man she took next who had heard what transpired, made a comment I only partially heard to which she laughed (while I was in earshot. I called my doctor and when his nurse called me back, she told me the electronic orders were send on 3/21 by her, which is the same day I saw him for my check up. I have been going to him for over 15 years and this same nurse has been with him and I have never had a problem before with them or with Quest where I used to be able to go. I am furious that I have to make another appt here AND fast again AND go again for blood tests that should have been done today. Highly unsatisfied. I also called to speak with someone after learning that my doctor did indeed send the orders and so far, no return call. I am not really surprised. Horrible customer service.

I went in on Sat 11/6 around 8 am and interacted with two professionals over the course of my visit. It was busy for a Saturday but I was out in fifteen minutes after dropping something off and getting bloodwork done. Everyone was friendly, thorough at their jobs, and it went smoothly. Im not sure why the other reviews say differently because I will definitely be back to this Labcorp.

negative star review if possible - had an appt yesterday and when I arrived NO ONE was there. There was a no one at the front desk or a tech to be found. There was the appt that was before me and they were also waiting . After 15 minutes of waiting - a tech appeared from the back. Unacceptable and unprofessional to NOT have any one at the front desk - never going back there.

Receptionist was very rude, and had no patience what so ever. When working in this field they need to be calm and collective while explaining things; not knowing what that person is going through or why they are getting these tests done, they should be more considerate. We were not happy with the experience and will never go back to that facility.

Clean, quiet, in and out in 20 minutes for blood work. I scheduled my appointment ahead of time (6AM), and brought paper copies of blood work prescribed which would be my recommendation to you. Also, the phlebotomist was very good!

The nurse was RUDE, trowed 2 vile of my daughter blood (18 month old) and kept blaming me for not being able to calm her... she used both arm to draw blood, she kept barging that she is experienced with 5 days old baby...

Wish it could be less. They did not know what test was needed. Had to call customer service. Then was unprofessional. Saying negative things about the person on the phone. Then they badly bruised the site.

I had a wonderful experience here. I was there for a three hour glucose tolerance test and everyone was so friendly and helpful! I saw no evidence of anything these negative reviews are stating.
