For the SECOND time within months, my mother wasnt asked if she was on a BLOOD THINNER and as a result of that IMPORTANT QUESTION to ask, she bled all over her clothing! This is INEXCUSABLE. Shes over 90, for gosh sakes and shouldnt have to put up with this kind of unprofessional treatment. They should not expect all elderly people to remember to tell the technician this and should be ASKING this essential question. Im looking into other labs for her, or at least, another location. One time, I can understand and forgive. (reluctantly) But twice? Sorry, you are professionals and need to do your job right.

Better know where its located before you start driving. No sign at all on the road for Quest Diagnostics. Sign for Silverside Medical Center is too far away from the road to stand out.
