NO STARS! I accidently made an appointment for 2:15 pm at this location on 6/22/16. The women working the desk was smug, arrogant , and insulting. She would not look up or answer any of my question and the waiting room was EMPTY. Does Quest go the extra mile to find the worst workers ever?? I went in the correct lab next door (LabQuest) and they told me "they hear complaints about her daily and cant believe she still works there".

Were these people trained by apes? Honestly dont ever go here. Took my little sister here and of course she was afraid of the needle so I asked the lady to go easy on her. Instead this ape of a worker was rude and kept complaining that we were making her afternoon harder than it had to be. Its your job Lady kids are afraid of the needle no need to be a brute. For a better experience go elsewhere.

This place is so awful. The front person was so rude like I was bothering her. Than when when she went to take my blood she got out the biggest needle ever jammed it in my arm moved it around 3 times caused a huge bruise. Just left the room as soon as she was done, did not tell me that she was done with me nothing. I went there 5/12/2017 @ 9am and that would be the last time.

People up front are terrible. Insist on deposits even though we have insurance. Our doctor down the street said they are terrible for kids and so to have our daughters test done at a different Quest

Walked in without an appointment but they got me seen within 10 minutes. The staff was courteous and the process was painless. Large parking lot and good location another plus.

There is no "No stars option" Mean and rude.. This woman should not have contact with the public. We will find another place for my testing
