This health services company has both efficiency and ethical problems. A routine diagnosis done by one of their physicians was coded wrongly in the system, which in turn lead to my insurance company refusing to cover the charges. After repeatedly calling them at least 4 times after receiving the service, I was told by phone that they had corrected it, when it fact they hadnt. Looks like paying $1800 a month for health insurance a month can get you nowhere (a run around with unethical providers who give you the runaround to get stuff their own backs at the expense of patients) if such incompetent and unethical firms operate in the marketplace. This one is sure to go as a case study in the class room.

I call today about an issue I was facing. I spoke with Nurse Desiree and she told me to go to a med Express! Really Im calling my primary care office and you tell me to go elsewhere​. I was told I would receive a call back and never did. This is truly sad and unacceptable very disappointed. This occurred at the Newark office Marrows Road.

My whole family goes to this doctors office, the best experience i have ever had with a medical facility, these people love there job,you can just tell that they come to work because they truely love it, not just for the paycheck.
