Ive been going to this practice for over ten years and have watched it grow immensely from when I first started as a patient there until now. Unfortunately I cannot say that the past few experiences I had there were pleasant for various reasons. One thing that is upsetting is whenever I try to schedule an appointment with my actual doctor she is usually booked out until three months and I end up having to see the nurse practitioner. This last time I had a regular annual physical for my job (because I am a teacher) with the nurse practitioner, which I did not mind until I saw the lack of experience she had. Every teacher has to get a TB or Tuberculosis test in order to work in schools. For those who do not know TB is a bacterial infection in the lungs and could be deadly if not treated with antibiotics, HOWEVER it is totally curable with medication. It is a rare disease that was more predominant in the early 1900s. Some people will test positive for TB, but do not have an active form of TB (which is my case). These people are known for having dormant or latent TB and are not contagious. When people do test positive for TB they need a chest X-ray and as long as the chest x ray is clear they are fine. So MY blood work came back positive, which I told the nurse it would and instead of her saying well lets get a chest X-ray before jumping to any conclusions, she reported me to the department of health, asked for the name and phone number of the schools I worked for and told me I was not able to work. So the next day I got a chest X-ray and called the desk to let the ladies know I got my X-ray done and to please call me ASAP when results are in. The nurse practitioner had me so scared that my sister called the office because she even wanted to be tested. The ladies at the front desk ended up telling my sister the results of my chest X-ray before me, which is definitely a breach of HIPPA. All and all my experience was terrible and for this reason I am switching practices. Not only was the nurse practitioner inexperienced on this topic she made me feel like I was a disease and not a human being. The main reason I posted this comment was to let people know that a good health care provider should treat you as a person not a case file or some disease. I am aware that health care providers are only human and no human is perfect but it was sad how she mainly focused on reporting me to the department of health than telling me how antibiotics can cure this, and in the end I did not even have TB.

My doc was extremely rude throughout my pregnancy. Kept mentioning how Id be better off with a csection because Im overweight. How I was putting my baby, myself and the staff at risk blah blah bull. Every appointment this was the topic. They wouldnt let me switch to another doctor even after I complained. I left the practice and had a healthy baby. then a year later had another no complications no csection with either pregnancy. Pound sand mainline health.

This guys are too bad in documentation. I gave an application form for my Son Health assessment to provide it for his Day care. They Said the wait time to fill the form is two weeks, once given a call after two weeks they say that they lost the form and I have to re-submit a new form and again wait for another two weeks. What is this? irresponsible people, I cant keep travelling to hospital from work this many times.

I had pretty severe carpal tunnel in both hands. I went to see Dr. Rosenfeld....I got in immediately, he scheduled one surgery for the end of the week and the other a week later and I wish I had done it sooner!! The staff is friendly and professional, the wait time is minimal, Dr. Rosenfeld takes the time to answer any and all questions. I would highly recommend him and his office for any hand issues!!!
