Im so glad in 37 days Im done with this place! They shut my insurance off because I didnt give pay stubs but got no paper works stating I need that.. I go in to speak to someone at 1:50pm and the lady at the front desk was real ignorant. She told another lady Im not giving you my stapler but she wasnt doing anything. Got rude told her take a number for a dam stapler they dont provide you. You people expect us to drop info off and it gets screwed up or lost its our fault when we dropped it there. Then shut us off Im pregnant and got 0 warning and a one day notice to provide all my info or Id be kicked off and cant reapply for 6-8 months. Ive had zero issues at Dover and now you guys screw with me and cut me and my kids stuff off when I turned everything in. The people suck no one answers u ever and when they do it isnt there issue!
