Appointment was good, accommodations for insurance not so much. My insurance is accepted by them but my insurance is managed by a 3rd part claim company and Behavioral Health refused to bill the claim. To make matters worse they wouldnt give me the tax ID so I can submit a claim which is ridiculous since the tax ID should not be something "private". All other providers give this when asked. Very frustrating to deal with office, will seek alternate provider

CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY BEFORE MAKING AN APPT WITH THIS PRACTICE/PROVIDERS IN THIS PRACTICE. I was misinformed when scheduling about provider being in network AT THIS PRACTICE.
