I will start by saying Kirsten is wonderful at this location. She is professional and knows what she’s doing when it comes to drawing blood. I hope with the money you’re saving having only one staff member you’ve given Kirsten a raise. She deserves it! HOWEVER, I am appalled you have cut the staff at this and other locations to ONE staff member. Case in point: When I was in Kristen was with someone. A gentleman was waiting at the desk, not to have blood drawn, to ask a question only. IF you had 2 staff members there (AS YOU SHOULD) while Kristen was with someone the other staff member couldve answered the gentlemans question. The same staff member couldve checked me in. Hence, when Kristen was finished with the visitor she was with Id have been ready to see her. As it was the gentleman that wanted to ask a question only waited for Kristen to finish with the visitor. I waited for her to answer his question AND for her to check me in. Due to having only one staff member at various sites you now close for lunch. Another inconvenience to people visiting your facility. What if a visitor or staff member becomes ill? What if the staff member feels threatened? Why have visitors wait when they wouldnt have to IF you had 2 staff members available? Clearly you care nothing about your staff members OR peoples time that come to your facility.(s) What is blatantly obvious is the ONLY thing this corporation cares about is $$.

I had an appointment, but even if I hadnt, there was no wait on a Saturday, which was nice. The place was clean and pleasant. There was one woman on duty, she was nice and greeted me with a smile. She checked me in, took my blood, and sent me on my way. It was quick and overall a fine experience. I wouldnt have a problem coming back.
