My wife, being extremely claustrophobic and anxious about MRIs was totally pleased with the experience. Had 2 MRIs done back-to-back. The staff from the girls at the front desk to her technician couldnt have been more understanding, thoughtful, helpful and professional. What could have been a terrible day turned into a non-event. Great facility!!!

Should have paid $96.15 OOP for an MRI. They charged me $500.00, then referred to their billing dept. The billing folks are too busy to answer the phone. Do Not Use this facility. Theyre good at taking your money, but poor at correcting their errors. I wonder how the girl at the desk would have felt if I took $500.00 from her.

I had an MRI today at Main Line Diagnostic, Malvern. Matt was my technician. He couldnt have been nicer and more patient. He made an uncomfortable procedure very bearable. Thank you Matt! If you have an MRI please know that check in is downstairs, this was not clear when I walked in.

Extremely long wait for a simple X-ray. Took my insurance (Cigna) and had a problem with reimbursement; instead of making even one attempt to call Cigna, they added it to my bill, never notified me of this, and sent it to collections 6 months after the fact. Steer clear...

Ive used them for years for everything including ultrasounds, x-rays, mammograms and MRIs. Theyre always fast, courteous, friendly and accommodating not to mention convenient to 202 and the PA Turnpike. Theres no reason to go anywhere else.

Went there for my ultrasound and was very pleased. Not crowded at all, very nice ladies at the front desk and overall had a nice experience.
