One of the worst experiences encountered, complete disrespect combined with a bad attitude! I was treated very poorly by the woman at the front desk who also takes the blood. She complained about being in the office alone and that she has to do everything... My husband told me that if I didnt say something to Quest that he would. We both contacted Quest through their web site and have had no call just an automated email reply
