TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. I gave one star only because I couldnt give negative 10 stars. Even as a well established patient, dont expect to get an appointment for 3 months. If you need a medication refill and the pharmacy needs to send the request to the providers office, you can count on the office NOT handling it. Even by calling and leaving several messages (you WONT speak with a real person) they delay refilling important meds. Even Laurie/Lori in Customer relations, who is supposed to be helpful, will cut you off mid-concern and dump you into another automated system. They require completely unnecessary follow up visits and have apparently forgotten they are in the business of helping people. And dont expect this to happen just once, it will happen over and over and over again. Pass this office over for sure, save yourself the aggravation and frustration.

I called in for an acute check, they kept me on the phone for 56 minutes mostly checking if the accept my insurance. They then stated they do not accept it (they actually do accept it and did that day) I then saw a PA for my high BP, headaches, fatigue and a foot issue. She saw some fluid in my ears and immediately wanted to put me on an antibiotic(no thanks) then assumed my high BP was caused by stress and said I should consider Lexapro (no thanks Im actually pretty low stress and happy) Didnt even bother to look at my foot that I mentioned three times during the visit (not going to force you to) Pretty much sums up imo what is wrong with health care just throw some drugs at you and see what happens.

This used to be colonial park family practice before pinnacle ate them - before pinnacle it was the PERFECT family practice - since pinnacle it is awful! You CANT talk to YOUR OWN dr office - you get a call center & they SUCK - they dont know WHAT THE HELL THEYRE TALKING ABOUT and REFUSE to allow you to speak with someone from YOUR dr office!!!! Mark - the so called office manager is a pompous a-hole! I was treated RUDELY for THIER mistake (CANCELLED MY APPTMTS TWICE!!!!) and basically HE REFUSED to reschedule me when I could be there!! If I didnt have the trust I do with MY physician Id find another practice to go to NOT IN BED WITH Pinnacle - cuz they SUCK

It was hard to make the switch to PinnacleHealth due to Insurance change. I been with Hershey Medical for a very long time and loved the service. The only thing that I would recommend PinnacleHealth to do is: invest in real gowns for patients. Paper gowns isnt cutting it!! Thanks you!! Other than that I like it so far!!!

I love my provider and all of the nurses, but I must agree with the previous review, if you call in a prescription, you wont get it. You must chase it down yourself. Switching to the portal has helped greatly.
