CRAZY PART IS I WAS WARNED THAT THIS PRATICE WAS GHETTO and Unprofessional!!! Family Practices Medical, To be honest and straight, your customer service sucks(Dr. Richard Ashbys office)!! >> From the moment I entered your office until the time I left was pure disappointment today. My appointment was for 11am, I got there at 11:20am, even with an apology the receptionist was unmoved by me being a NEW patient, shes too comfortable, other People need jobs!!! JUST SAYING that would do WAYYYY BETTER work and better attitude!!!!. Downhill service from there: Your staff very UNATTENTIVE-need re training.. Your wait time is ridiculous-in the room NAKED for more than 30 minutes is TOO LONG!!! Your rooms need to be sterilized, cleaned and BLEACHED down-Blood droplets not a good look I came even after my dentist apt in College Park Dental>> nice people, straight to the appt/no long layovers and sent me on my way.. TOOTH EXTRACTION within 30 mins with Novocain shot etc!!!! In pain and still made it to your office. I am a 38yr black female and have NEVER encountered such a sad business. And health care at that. Never worry about me or my referrals, You will never hear from us again...Enjoy your dollars while they will continue to make NO SENSE> needs improvement/The ONLY thing worthy in that office is the application pad Phreesia (NICE AND EFFICIENT) and the toilet flushed right on time.... Hooray to having a choice and voice in America!!!! Happy Wednesday The disgusted Patient....(*-*)

The waiting times are absolutely ridiculous, and the waiting area is small at best; when you complain to the staff about the waiting times they brush you off, I just heard one of the receptionist tell a patient on the phone hes seeing his patients on time, my appt was at 12, it is now 1 and they havent even done my vitals. There is another lady who was just sleep in the waiting room and when she woke up she said "Ive been here since 1045 this is ridiculous". While Dr. Ashby is a very nice man and a wonderful doctor waiting 2+ hours for an appointment makes you forget about how nice he is when he finally sees you, Im currently looking for a new doctor and will definitely choose more wisely before I make my final decision, DO NOT go to this office unless it is your VERY LAST resort!

Dr.Richard Ashby is the best! He is very experienced and takes his time when he talks to you, but the only thing about it is the waiting time is long but it is worth the wait.
