The absolute worst doctors office in Lancaster County! Dr. Vafeas is a crock! She is never on time, you will wait two hours or more past your scheduled appointment. She never gets prescription refills right. You will be left without your daily medication for days on end. All the while the staff tells you they are sending her an "electronic message" which she never checks or responds to. Stay far away from this practice if you are looking for a prompt and attentive doctor!! This practice does not deserve the one star I was required to rate it!

Wait times suck and are Horrendous. But once they get too you its quick. Dont ask for at least minute appointment because theyll say sure we have an opening come in at 10AM. You wont get out of there until 1PM! Work on your wait times!!!

Wait time is ridiculous...almost 2 hours past appt time. Not professional enough to come let you know the doctor is running behind, had to go track someone down myself.
