Karen and the staff are very nice and caring, but that is simply not enough to run this kind of business. Always extremely behind schedule, with appointments running up to an hour behind. I had to stop going because Karen never returned numerous messages and attempts by my pharmacy to refill an SSRI prescription that ran out between appointments. My next appointment was not scheduled for another few weeks, but since this is a medication that can cause severe withdrawal when stopping it suddenly, it is only responsible for practitioners to ensure that patients have a steady supply between appointments. Long story short, I went through a couple weeks of withdrawal (dizziness, nausea, etc.) and never heard from Karen again.

Everyone at Blue Sky is very nice and knowledgeable, but they seem to need help with time management. I showed up on time to my first appointment and after waiting for 15 minutes or so, the psychiatrist told me she was running about 45 minutes behind. I waited about 90 minutes before I finally saw her. On my 2nd appointment, I waited for about 40 minutes and left in frustration after realizing that everyone who was waiting when I arrived was still waiting. If you have a flexible schedule, go there; if you dont, go somewhere else.
