The staff repeatedly makes mistakes on prescriptions and information. My contact lens refill was denied because they told the service Im not a patient even though Ive been going to that practice for 3 years. Verdi himself is arrogant and wants to sell expensive procedures you dont need (everyone who sees him has severe dry eye and needs these plugs in their ducts) and prescribes medicines without knowing anything about cost (or caring). He repeatedly prescribed drops that were not covered by my insurance and cost $130 for 1.5 oz. I bought it from Canada for $25 a bottle. I cant wait to find another doctor.

Took my patient to the office location on Little Creek Rd, and the receptionist was VERY RUDE......NOT ONLY TO MY PATIENT. SHE WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!! WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Front desk receptionist are unprofessional. Waited over 30 min for my appointment and each time I asked if they were behind. She would say no. Dishonest companies are so unprofessional. Will not come here again.do not recommend

I had an appointment today, was seen on time. From check in to check out, everyone was courteous and professional. This is my third annual eye exam, I look forward to coming back next year.
