Since the age of 8 I have been going to Dr.Dimino (17 years now that Ive been a patient). All of my family goes to him as well. The staff has always been extremely helpful and flexible to make sure I can get in the office hours (I work a wacky schedule). I have never had an issue with a prescription, I wore glasses for 8 years and switched to contacts and have been wearing them for 9 years now. The staff is very knowledgeable about insurance coverages and will always work with what is available for you. Whether its Nick, the gentleman who works in the frame area, who is EXTREMELY knowledgable about fit and shape of frames. I have always been able to come back if something feels uncomfortable and he is able to adjust on the spot. Dr. Dimino has always been my favorite doctor to go to as a child and into my adult life. He remembers me and myself as a child coming in. He has a great and quirky sense of humor that I appreciate! I have a bit of astigmatism in one of my eyes and he is ALWAYS looking to help me have contacts fitted correctly so I can have my best vision possible with the most comfort available. He is extremely thorough and very passionate about what he is doing. Whenever I make an appointment by phone or check in, Deb and the office staff and always friendly and willing to work out an appointment with me, I have never had a problem with them or having my insurance gone over with them. My insurance does not cover everything and they will always let me know what is and what not and I always leave satisfied with my visit. If you are new to the area and are looking for a long term eye doctor, look no further!

Very unprofessional! Complained about the nearby businesses located next to him, I left with incorrect contact lenses, and had to go back in and have them fix the mistake. Then when I went to reorder contacts from 1 800 contacts, the office denied my request and told me I needed to come in for a checkup, even though it wasnt a full year. They mandated that they cannot approve my request unless I came in for another checkup, when I didnt need one I just had one months ago. I called and explained I could not come in, my insurance would not cover it and he still denied my request. I told him what he was doing was unethical and not sensitive. He continued to get loud with me on the phone and brag about the clients that he has. I live right down the street from him and I was looking for a good family doctor since I do have a 8 month old and a three year old. I will never return to his office and I highly highly recommend nobody reaching out to him.

Ill start with the office staff, because they were really nice! The doctor seemed to be pretty nice too, but spent most of my visit complaining about my insurance and how they dont pay him enough but he cant stop taking them because most patients around here have the same company. But my plan is bottom of the barrel. He kept saying how his colleges would purposely skimp out on things in the exam with patients but he wouldnt. He seemed like a fairly hyper-active person so maybe he really knew what he was doing and was just very fast about everything, but I did not leave there feeling confident about my new prescription. Had glasses made elsewhere because my insurance doesnt cover his frames. And I cant read right out of them (since my astigmatism changed Im gave it a few days, and I can still only at a read distance with my old glasses) I am going back this week to have them look at the prescription he wrote me and the new glasses again...

ive been going to Dr. Dimino for about 8 years now. Ive never had a problem with his staff or him. They are very straight up in terms of the prices they charge from the beginning. The new guy who works there selling the frames is a little pushy in terms of the expensive frames vs. basic.. probably because he may get a commission im not sure. But nonetheless very informative if you tell him how much you are looking to spend. Although i only see him once a year, Dr. Dimino still remembers me and asks about my family, etc. I never had major issues with my glasses and the minor issues i did have all i had to do was drop my glasses back off to be fixed.

I have known Dr. Dimino for quite a few years now. Its hard for me to read the other reviews because maybe that just doesnt seem like the guy I know. I had an eye injury and damaged my cornea. I was told by an ophthalmologist to wait six months so it could heal up and change my eyeglass prescription. When I got my new glasses here I could literally see again and he evaluated my eye injury and gave me more information about it than 3 other doctors. Not everyone is perfect by I like Dr Dimino and his staff. I will go back again.

The staff and doctor were ok at the first visit, but he gave me a prescription for a month which didnt suit me and i couldnt come back unless I pay ... when i scheduled an appointment for the second year, they wanted to charge me a $25 cancellation fee for canceling it within the 24 hours. The doctors knowledge to fix the problem was very minimal too. for ex: the contacts he prescribed me at first didnt even fit my eye properly

Ive been seeing Dr. DiMinio for 20 years. I have since moved and still drive 30 minutes for me and my family to see him. He and his entire staff ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure both your eyes and your billing/insurance are in great shape. Highly recommend.
