I have seen Dr. Chacha at Family Eyecare Center for the last two years, but I will never go there again. She may be a fine eye doctor with a new, clean office, but she is NO professional. I recently saw her for an exam and to order a new supply of contacts. The exam went fine (other than airing her grievances with insurance companies the entire time and explaining in too much detail about how she is or isnt reimbursed), but she then attempted to charge me fees that are covered by my insurance (verified prior to visit). Upon showing her documentation of my coverage, she became very angry, refused read it or to "deal with me" in an adult manner, yelled things such as "get out" or she would "smack those contacts right out of my head," and then proceeded to call 911. Yes, 911, because this was clearly an emergency and an appropriate use of emergency resources. Needless to say, I am no longer a patient of hers and I have taken the situation up with my insurance company and the better business bureau! It was a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I love to support local businesses but am sad to say that I wont be back to this eye doctor. I called today to request my pupillary distance (pd) measurement (ordering cheap rx sunglasses online) and they wouldnt give it to me. This is after I ordered frames through them. Disappointed that they wont give this information out, and since I need to go somewhere else to get it, I would rather give one place my business. Buying glasses through them with my insurance was very expensive so I figured the least they could do is give me the measurement so I could get one cheap pair!

I scratched my cornea yesterday, of course it didnt get bad until the middle of the night. I followed up at Family Eyecare Center this morning and I was seen right away, even though its a holiday weekend and they arent seeing patients. Dr. Chacha spent about 45 minutes with me, made sure to go over what drops/ointments to use, and explained why exactly my vision is hazy (my most disturbing symptom!) She is also following up with me tomorrow on a Sunday. Above & beyond treatment! I would definitely recommend!

I really love everything about this Eyecare Center. My son and I have been coming here for the past 2 years and everyone is so friendly and welcoming at this office. Dr. Chacha is very knowledgeable, professional & personable. This truly is the most pleasant experience I personally have ever had at any eyecare office and I have been wearing glasses/contacts for the past almost 20 years. Give this office a try, you will not be disappointed!

Neena and the staff was VERY HELPFUL!. Besides checking out my eye exam, she went above and beyond and notice the redness in my eyes were damaged from wear out-dated contacts. Neena prescribed me eye drops to help the redness and it worked! Ive been to many eye doctors and no one mentioned about the over-dried redness in my eyes. I am glad to be taking care of it now, thanks to Neena. I highly recommend this place!

It is a special outfit, patient is being cared beyond satisfactory. My nephew was a patient here for eye checkup and spectacles, he was treated very nicely.We recommend to visit once, I believe you would like it and you would be a permanent customer for eye check and spectacles. I had a great experience at Family Eyecare Center. I was getting fitted for contacts for the first time, which is something that I knew would be difficult for me. Dr. Chacha was VERY patient with me and kept helping until I eventually was able to get the hang of it. I would definitely recommend this place!

Had a great experience picking out my eyeglasses here. I go to a separate doctor for my exams so i cannot attest to that, but when I came in with my prescription they were extremely helpful and I got a great pair of glasses that I love at a reasonable price!
