I have now had two very unhappy experiences with this Pearl Vision Center. I went to them back in January due to vision problems., I was seen by Dr. Muchnick. She referred me to see a specialist for my problems telling me that I would most likely have surgery on my eyes. I did indeed have surgery on my eyes..in fact i had three surgeries on my eyes. However I was NOT told not to fill my prescription due to my vision changing after the surgeries. (how would I know that...she is the professional and should have warned me) She instead sent me out to fill my prescription she just handed to me. instead of warning me not to spend the fortune I did on not one but two pairs of glasses. I went in today to discuss this with a manager, John, and no manager for at least a week and no one would help me with my issue. Very bad customer service from the beginning to the end. Be very wary going in there. They apparently just want your money and conveniently wont help you with any issues. No attempt was made to get my name and call me after consulting with a regional manager or anyone! After the three girls understood my dilemma they all just looked down at their desks and avoided all contact and just said they couldnt help me. Wow! Ive been in sales and customer relations for 40 years and NEVER have I treated a customer like that! I would give them a ) but you have to at least give them 1 star...too bad...its really a big fat 0!

I never needed glasses before. This was my first eye exam since grade school. I explained why I wanted an eye check, had the exams completed and ended up needing glasses. I worked with Deb who was so helpful! Since I never needed glasses before she was so patient with me trying on what felt like a million pairs. She helped me pick out many pairs and gave her honest opinion on each pair. I finally picked a pair and after leaving thought more about how I loved another pair I was deciding between. I called Deb a couple hours and later and she was so helpful in switching glasses on my order to the ones I then wanted. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant. I will be returning for all my eye needs in the future!
