I had to wait an hour past my appointment time to be taken in for my appointment, where I was told they would have to order trial contact lenses and they would take 5-7 business days. After 10 days, I called the office and was told they had been sitting there and someone had marked in my file that they had left a voicemail (which they did not). When I did go to pick them up, I was unable to get them because the entire staff was on lunch break, and I would have to wait 45 minutes for them to return. Do not recommend this practice.

We were greeted warmly by Cheryl at the front desk upon check in and the technician who completed the pre exams was polite, friendly and had a welcoming smile! We then had eye exams with Dr.Swindell yesterday and we were completely impressed! From start to end, Dr. Swindell took the time to explain everything to both my teen and I. We will definitely be back to see her again. It was obvious that she loves her profession and that is rare to see today! Thanks again!

The Dr did a fine job except the recptionists did a poor job of explaining that they are not affiliated with Lenscrafters. They were rude and ignorant. I cant believe i paid $96 for an eye exam and got treated like garbage. Get yuour eye exam elsewhere cheaper and bring it to lenscrafters they will accept it. I hope this place changes receptionists or gets out of Business.

This was the absolute BEST Eye examination and service Ive ever had!!! ALL the staff were professional, courteous, and went out of their way to make a comfortable and fabulous experience for me. They are now my one and only. Next day availability too!?! YESSSSS
