I always have a great experience here. My eyesight is pretty good, I just have some issues with glare. I saw Dr. Bond last visit and she was so nice. She had a great way of explaining what was going on with my eyes in a way that I understood. I got my glasses at the optical shop and am very satisfied with them. I have a weird face for glasses, but Heather helped me find a pair that fit my face and had the style that I wanted (I wanted a little glitz and glamour with this pair). I think it was actually the second pair she had me try on that I ended up getting! My sister is starting to have issues with her vision so I will definitely have her come here for her eye exam, I trust them.

I am absolutely furious with the eyeglass service I received at Mielcarek My glasses broke and I came to Mielcarek for an eye exam (exam itself was fine). I agree to order my eyeglasses through the vision center because the salesperson promised me quick delivery (four days); otherwise, I would have gone elsewhere. I am leaving for a trip tomorrow and of course my glasses are not ready. When I asked for an explanation, I was told "normally it takes a week to 10 days." I should have been told that right up front.I am relying on a very old pair of glasses and cannot see well. The takeaway is this: If you cant be honest with a customer like me, youll never see me again.

Vision exam was fine but they billed it to my medical insurance instead of my vision insurance because they said I had dry eye and a very small cataract. After several calls back and forth it was too late to be corrected and I had to pay the whole bill. Be careful with the the billing department. Make sure they submit to your vision coverage first. Also my husband had the same problem billing told him because he was diabetic they had to bill medical we went to them because they accepted davis vision all he wanted was an eye exam I dont think that should have come in to play.Davis should have been billed and they were not.Done with Mielcarek.

They have been nothing but difficult with me. I know I was late but they have a 15 minute rule and I came in at 19 minutes. The woman at the counter seemed apologetic but then when I called right after I got home, they told me the doctor had already left heres. The kicker though is that I saw the doctor not 5 minutes before I called and they were supposed to close a half hour later. I live in media but I have been spending the summer in Baltimore so I drove 2 hours to be blown off. Our family is never coming back to that joke of an office.

My new vision provider doesnt work with Mielcarek Eye Associates & I am so upset because they are the best! Ive been going there forever & have seen all of the doctors. Ive mostly seen Dr. Casada & she is TERRIFIC!

Saw Dr Schrack while in Philly visiting family and had a great experience. She was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and super nice as well!! Highly recommend her and the practice.
