I have seen Dr. Chacha at Family Eyecare Center for the last two years, but I will never go there again. I recently saw her for an exam and to order a new supply of contacts. The exam went fine (other than airing her grievances with insurance companies the entire time and explaining in too much detail about how she is or isnt reimbursed), but she then attempted to charge me for both a contact lens exam and an eyeglass exam, when she only provided a contact lens exam. Upon questioning her about the matter and with insurance documentation in hand, she became very angry, refused read it or to "deal with me" in an adult manner, yelled things such as "get out" or she would "smack those contacts right out of my head," and then proceeded to call 911. Yes, 911, because this was clearly an emergency and an appropriate use of emergency resources. Needless to say, I am no longer a patient of hers and I have taken the situation up with my insurance company, the local police department and the state medical board. She has since claimed that I was only there for an eyeglass exam (lie/insurance fraud), that Ive never seen her for contacts (also a lie - records will show thats ALL Ive received from her), and that she did me a favor by providing me with trial contact lenses (now why would someone give a patient trial contacts if they claim theyve never seen them for contacts?). She is completely lacking in honesty, integrity and professionalism. It was a terrible experience and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chacha for two years now , and I have to say I am blessed to have her as my doctor. Dr. Neena has a wonderful bedside manner, and is always wiling to explain any medical questions or issues concerning my eyes. I find her to be trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable ,caring and compassionate to her patients. I believe she is a wonderful person and a great doctor. Her employees are helpful ,courteous and her office is clean and inviting. I always feel like I am in GOOD hands when I have my appointments with Dr. Chacha. Its a great office ! C. West

I just had the pleasure of getting my exam with Dr. Chacha. Her staff was helpful, they took me same day. She was very patient and knowledgeable and if I didnt understand something she explained it. I really felt like she had my best interest at heart. Staff was down to earth and worked with me as far as finances go. Every where else I have been as far as optometrist, I felt like a part of an assembly line. I never felt that here at all. Once again wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
