From management, we apologize for any inconvenience that was caused to you.While it is true that we do accept your insurance carrier, your insurance provider limited your insurance policy to Ophthalmologist only not Optometrist. Your insurance did not notify us of this change. We are sorry that one issue caused you to think of Medoptic so negatively, being that we have serviced your family since 2011. Medoptic administration.

I been going to this place for over 3 years and they Told me they didnt accept my insurance the day of my appointment 20 minutes before my appointment, I called my insurance provider and they told me they dont see how they didnt accept my insurance because it clearly says they do. So this place sucks theyre unorganized. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Youre better off staying blind or going somewhere else. If I could give them no stars I would.

Ask to fax my prescription the last at Walmart opticle spoke 2 times to them never sent it now no contact pissed off with the service not provided!!!!
