His colleague Dr. Neustadter is a great dermatologists and Ive also heard great things about him. The folks working in the office are another story. They are rude and appear unhappy and that translates into how they treat their patients. I called to inquire about my bill, this is probably a normal thing that happens a lot Im sure, but the person answering the phone was absolutely disrespectful. Already looking for another derm office.

Th doctors are very nice but whoever works for billing and coding have no idea what they are doing. I get a bill every month for the same amount that i already got billed and paid for. If you are not careful they would charge you lots of times. Look at your bill before you pay it.
