The office manager is horrible! The worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I cant believe she would talk to a person that way. I had an appointment for myself and my two daughters, 5 years old and 6 months. The 6 month old was there to get her ears pierced and me and my other daughter there for a derm exam. I traveled 20 mins in the rain to get there for her to be unbelievably rude!!! Telling me they dont accept my insurance (Mind you I had been there twice before) and was told that they would not see any of us and to find a new doctor!! What in the world kind of customer service is that. Will never step foot in that office again and will be sure to make sure everyone else knows too to never ever go there!!! Plus they had a dog in the office- not a good idea for a derm office especially for kids or any patients that are allergic!!

Im a chemo patient and my skin is very dry. Nothing seemed too work but after my first visit w/Dr. Olivo and following the regiment he prescribed for me, within 3 days there was a noticeable improvement in my skin. Definitely very happy with the results.

Great Doctor, so knowledgeable. Yes there was bit of a wait but when you want the best youll wait. Office staff was great .
