The absolute worst Dermatologist everrr. I have acne and I explained to him that topical face creams and gels do not work for me. However he disregarded what I told him and prescribed me 2 gels anyway and an antibiotic that he gives to everyone. I could literally hear him telling patients through the thin walls that it works. Anyway I still tried to have faith and I used the medication. Nearly two months later and no results. Today I went back for a follow up. My appointment was for 1 however I was not seen until 2:12. I told him that I saw no progress at all and he said since it didnt work in 6 weeks, wait for the 12 week mark. He did not even thoroughly examine my skin. I waited 1 hour and ten minutes and the doctor barely stayed in the room for 5 minutes. I would never go back I am so disgusted.

I had a resurfacing laser procedure done on Thursday on both my eyes for dark circles. I have been trying to reach them since one of my eyes is all bruised (black and blue). I wanted to talk with them to see if this bruising is normal and I cant get a return call. I went into the office yesterday, they said he wasnt in, youre right Mr. Sweeney they are not very apologetic. I am very upset about the way my eye looks and I cant communicate with anyone. Needless to say, I will not be going back. They have terrible communication.

Wow I had to laugh when I saw the one star reviews...similar experience as another reviewer. Receptionist placed me on hold several times and the last time I was on hold for 10plus minutes and then hung up on. I call back and I never even got through to anyone bc I was just kept on hold.

I will never see this doctor again first off I waited and hour and forty five minutes after my appointment time for him to only spend ten minutes with me only to refer me to somebody else and not once did anyone apologize to me for waiting save yourself the time and find someone else

Ive been waiting here for 40 minutes already. 20 of which Ive been in the actual room waiting for the doctor. Not sure if they forgot about me or what. Only bad experience Ive had. The doctor has been helpful with treating me since Ive been seeing him.

Cant even get a return call after 4 phone calls to them over 2 weeks. I do not recommend this place.
