The worst experience I have had in my life. They misplaced my prescription. Their computers did not work. One of the women helping me ran off and left me sitting there DURING MY APPOINTMENT and did not come back. When I finally had to leave to go back to work (not a word from anyone as to me just sitting there waiting for her to come back to the tiny desk where she left me), she never even called me. She later said this was because she had diarrhea after I CALLED HER!!! I asked another woman to fax me my prescription because I was not going to continue to deal with them. She faxed me what was almost a blank prescription because it was written so faintly. So flustered at the idea of even doing ANYTHING. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! Go ANYWHERE ELSE!! I would post ZERO stars if I could.
