For the last 25 years, Dr. Phiel and Linda have been there for me and all my pets. The care is extraordinary and records, follow through and generally accommodating office has always made a difference to me and my animals. Over the years, their relationship with my pets and me has blossomed, and their consistency has made it easy to treat my pets because of the great recordkeeping. Despite all my moves, both in and out of York County, I have remained with them because I know I cannot get better care anywhere. They may treat blue ribbon animals, but they give blue ribbon care!

Dr. Phiel is wonderful! I stopped going because his wife makes the office so cold and uncaring. She puts such a great practice to shame. What a moody individual when you arrive compared to arriving at Shiloh Vets. Its disheartening because Dr. Phiel is the best vet I have ever encountered but after 6 years of not feeling like my dog nor myself has been an appreciated customer by his staff, I am not going back or signing up with my new pup.

We have been very lucky to have Hestons close by. Dr. Phiel, Linda, and Brea run a caring and wonderful practice. They are dedicated to providing the best veterinary care. They have seen us through so many illnesses and have provided us with extraordinary routine care. Additionally, they have been kind to us when our precious dog passed away this week. We are blessed to have them!
