So I usually say great things about this place. I have always told my friends and family to go here. I have been going to this and their Leighton location for 10 years with my pets. I have never had a payment issue. I could go other places which are more affordable but I liked their service. I even recently posted some recommendations online for their kennel service. Im a good paying customer. I even pay to take my moms dog to this vet. After this I will not be ever again. I am in the process of moving and contacted the vet because my cat HATES the car. I will be taking him for an 8hr trip this week. I needed some tips and if possible some type of medicine to calm him down. I didnt realize my cats shots were a few months past due after the lady pulled my file. Probably cause Im moving. She went to the back came back and said " your cat is not up to date on shots... we cant help you"... I offered to get the shots there. She just sorta looked at me and said Im sorry mam cant help you. This is my first cat... He went in for an appointment about 6 months ago but we couldnt get his shots then because he was having an allergic dermatitis. So I take my cat for checkups, Im a responsible pet owner. NOT even a suggestion on how to make it easier for the cat nothing.this was on 10/3/2012. So I call around to a bunch of other vets they cant get my cat in not enough time before Monday to do so. So I call them back on 10/4 since I only dealt with the secretary. I ask her to have the vet or who ever is in charge of the office call me back. I gave her my number she said I would get a callback. This was at noon. Its Midnight and Im posting this review. I would say if you looking for a good vet they are, but others are cheaper and will most likely give you better service.. I realize now Ive never seen them go above the call of duty. I just didnt think that when someone was willing to pay for services that a veterinarians office would let a poor cat ( I got him at a shelter hes super skittish) suffer when they could do something. So I googled a bunch of information on what to do with the cat, I just hope that this review gets read by the office so they can understand the impact they had. I also hope in the future that they dont turn away people who are willing to pay for services. Especially when all they had to do I would of paid for a visit is tell me how to make my cat more comfortable on the trip.

All of the workers really care, very nice! Dr. Dawn is such a wonderful doctor, very caring, really listens! The prices are fair too! Ive been a customer for a very long time, This is the best place to take your pet!
