My 5 month old German Shepherd needed surgery for a badly fractured hip asap. I called her office on a Monday morning and that afternoon she was able to see my puppy and take care of the surgery that evening. Its been a few months and you can no longer tell that he even had any fractures! Dr. Runnels explained what surgery she would be able to perform and which she would recommend. She recommend an FHO over trying to pin the fracture back together. She made an excellent choice and I couldnt be happier with the outcome. The price was also lower then what she had quoted us and very reasonable! I highly recommend her.

My dog was hit by a car and injured recently and I was referred to the Lititz Veterinary Clinic for surgery. I was seen immediately and Dr. Rennels spent a good bit of time talking about surgery options and how to care for my dog after surgery. She is so caring and really seems to love what she does! I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog in her caring hands for his operation. After his surgery, she called me to give me an update. The staff is kind and I am so grateful that they could see me on such short notice. I highly recommend this place for your pet!

Dr. Runnels and her team are the most amazing, caring and Affordable Veterinary Ive ever been to. I dont trust my animals with anyone else! The care my animals received is above and beyond. Even when Ive had an animal pass away or had to put one to sleep, they have been given the upmost respect and I even receive condolence cards. Being an owner of rats, it has been very hard for me to find a small animal doctor who is also equipped to do surgery. She is one of the only in Lancaster County who will do surgery on such a small pet.

My husband is a retired veterinarian and we wont go anyplace else. He worked with Dr. Runnels on several occasions when we had surgeries that he could not do. All of them were successful and everyone we referred there was extremely happy. Dr. Bill is an excellent doctor as well. Both vets seem to genuinely enjoy their work and love animals. It takes us an hour to get there if we need an animal seen, but we would not go anyplace else. We have full confidence in both doctors.

I had emergency with our dog. He got hit by a car. My vet wouldnt handle it I called around and they agree to take him. What a caring team, they never saw him before or us. We had to put him sleep;; I walk back and they where all had tears in there eyes. They handle my special needs son with love and care. thank you to doctor and staff.

Very caring vet office! Dr Runnels and Dr Bill are professional, compassionate and caring physicians. Yes, they are busy but so worth the wait. They have ALWAYS tried to accommodate our schedules when our GS needed an OV. Zeus loves them!

I have tried numerous times to give this place a chance. I just cant see taking my animals to a place where the staff is rude and has no customer service. The woman who answered the phone was not sympathetic or at all kind.
