My first visit to Willow Run Vet Clinic was fantastic! My kitty had gotten a bit sick on 3 occasions over the course of a week and a half, so when it happened the 3rd time, I called my vet in the early evening to see when the soonest would be that I could have her seen. The only appointment they could give me was the following day in the morning, which was inconvenient for that particular day. I called the pet emergency hospital in Lancaster and they said I could certainly bring her in, but I was worried about how much that would cost. They also said I could call around to other local vets. I decided to call Willow Run since theyre only 10 minutes from my house. Even though they were short-staffed that evening and I was a new patient, they still fit me in that same evening. Once I got there, I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was genuinely impressed with how diligent they were and how they went above and beyond to see my kitty so quickly. This might be my new permanent vet! Thank you, Willow Run, for being so convenient, for giving me peace of mind, and for giving my kitty the proper care. ☺

We want to personally thank Dr. Gwenn Brubaker and her staff at Willow Run. My husband and I brought our 14 year old cat Mountain there for treatment after finding out she had thyroid disease. We were given medication to control her weight lose and disease, but after several weeks it was not working, so we had to make that sad terrible decision to put her down. Dr. Brubaker and her staff treated us so kindly and handled everything as gracious as possible. We really trust taking our pets here for care because they truly show them love.
