Ive been wanting share my experience with Animal Hospital of Willow Street every since I brought my cat Jack here a few months ago when he was diagnosed with diabetes. Its been a long road of ups and downs trying to manage his health condition and apparently he is bit more difficult to manage than most cats with diabetes. Dr Young has been AMAZING throughout this entire process as well as the whole staff. He has made sure to explain things thoroughly to me and was positive I understand completely (because prior to this I have had no experience with managing diabetes). Jack has been hospitalized for several over night stays and I am confident he was taken well care of and shown much love throughout that time! When I bring my sweet boy in for a check up many of the techs that have spent a lot of time with him are excited to see him and see how well he is doing now. I cant begin to explain how much I appreciate everything Dr Young has done with my boy throughout all of this. He and Dr Olsen have wonderful bedtime manner and I could not be more pleased. I would absolutely recommend Animal Hospital of Willow Street to anyone who is looking for a Vet that will care for your pet as they were their own! Thank you all so much!

Dr. Olsen was the vet who helped my old buddy move to the next life. He was extremely kind, empathetic, and understanding. I appreciate him taking the time to consol me throughout the dying process. I could tell my cat liked him before they even took him back for the anesthesia. He was just wonderful and I cant say enough nice things about him and the staff here. It is hard to find a vets office that doesnt treat your pet like a number and I have found that here. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my pets. Update: I have received a handwritten sympathy card from Dr. Olsen and another sympathy card from the staff with a paw print they had taken before my kitty passed. Im so unbelievably touched. Thank you so much!!!

We moved to New Providence about 5 years ago and this was the first vet clinic we tried. Well, its been five years and were still going back. The Doctor is frank with you, he will recommend what your dog needs, but always leaves the decisions in your hands. He recognizes that while we love these animals, some of us cannot afford to do every little elective surgery or afford name brand drugs for whatever might be bothering the dog. Hes always kind and tries to be as gentle with the pets as possible, while still performing the necessary procedures. My only complaint is that with three dogs and three people in an exam room, it can be a little warm. Other than that, great vet.

Have been taking our various pets (ferrets, small dogs, and giant breeds) to this office for 13 years, even when we were not close and it was a 45 min drive. Compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarians and caring staff. Visits are thorough and never feel rushed. If a pet was sick or needed care, I was always presented with information, options, and approximate costs w/o pressure. Costs are always lower than what friends and family have paid for same services elsewhere. Highly recommend and will not take my fur babies anywhere else.

Started coming to see Dr. Olson when our regular vet of 25 years retired and our Newfie required professional help. The staff was very courteous, kind and helpful. Their love of animals was very evident. Dr. Olson was very knowledgeable and thorough. Costs were average but we were given options on the levels of care necessary. He offered suggestions but did not push or bully us into something we could not afford. Weve since used their boarding services and were very happy with the care our "little" girl received.

A group of caring dedicated veterinary professionals whose first and only interest is the well being of your pet. We have taken our dog Millie there for check-ups, vaccinations, and care as well as boarding ever since we move to Willow Valley. My wife and I are very thankful for the loving care they have provided for our Millie.

Very caring people. Our dogs are 22 lbs dogs and a big dog came in and right away they hated each other but, a tech took the big dog into the back for the safety of all. The dogs seem to like the techs.
